禽類(lèi)環(huán)境控制器的設(shè)計(jì)及研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)禽類(lèi)養(yǎng)殖產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展,禽類(lèi)養(yǎng)殖業(yè)對(duì)養(yǎng)殖環(huán)境要求不斷提高。在禽舍環(huán)境控制中,由于溫濕度之間的耦合關(guān)系,難以同時(shí)到達(dá)設(shè)定值。所以進(jìn)行禽類(lèi)環(huán)境控制器的研究,實(shí)時(shí)檢測(cè)溫濕度,以便滿(mǎn)足禽類(lèi)的生長(zhǎng)環(huán)境。針對(duì)此設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于模糊PID解耦算法的多功能禽舍環(huán)境控制器,主要是環(huán)境控制器系統(tǒng)硬件的設(shè)計(jì)與相關(guān)軟件設(shè)計(jì),具體包括控制器的各個(gè)功能模塊設(shè)計(jì)和控制算法的設(shè)計(jì)。主控IC選用DSP作為處理器,計(jì)算更加精確,支持復(fù)雜的算法運(yùn)算。顯示采用3.2寸帶SD卡擴(kuò)展的觸摸屏,使得操作界面更加人性化。利用無(wú)線(xiàn)通訊模塊將數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)送給遠(yuǎn)程終端,實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控的功能。系統(tǒng)還有上位機(jī)用于實(shí)時(shí)在線(xiàn)收集數(shù)據(jù),便于統(tǒng)計(jì)與計(jì)算。基于手持端短信平臺(tái),更加方便了禽舍實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控。數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊與繼電器組控制模塊初始化,繼電器組控制模塊不僅控制18路常規(guī)輸出,還控制溫濕度的采集,對(duì)該部分的初始化至關(guān)重要。首先關(guān)閉所有輸入輸出,待AD采集模塊及自整定模糊PID解耦控制算法初始化完畢后,開(kāi)通溫濕度采集通道,得到處理結(jié)果,進(jìn)而控制18路的輸出。建立了新式禽舍結(jié)構(gòu)模型,根據(jù)禽類(lèi)日齡與溫濕度,通風(fēng)量以及光照的關(guān)系,采用自整定模糊PID解耦控制算法,通過(guò)模糊控制算法將實(shí)時(shí)測(cè)量的數(shù)據(jù)處理得到PID調(diào)節(jié)參數(shù),再利用單位陣解耦原理使得溫濕度控制解耦。經(jīng)試驗(yàn)和仿真證明該系統(tǒng)響應(yīng)迅速,靈敏度高,穩(wěn)定性好。
[Abstract]:With the development of poultry industry in China, the requirement of poultry breeding environment has been improved. Due to the coupling of temperature and humidity, it is difficult to reach the set value at the same time. Therefore, the study of poultry environment controller, real-time detection of temperature and humidity, in order to meet the growth environment of birds. In this paper, a kind of multi-function poultry house environment controller based on fuzzy pid decoupling algorithm is designed, which mainly includes the design of hardware and related software of the environment controller system, including the design of each function module of controller and the design of control algorithm. The main control IC chooses DSP as the processor to calculate more accurately and supports complex arithmetic operation. Display 3. 2 inch with SD card expanded touch screen, make the user interface more human. The wireless communication module is used to send the data to the remote terminal to realize the function of remote monitoring. The system is also used for real-time online data collection, easy to count and calculate. Based on the handheld short message platform, it is more convenient for real-time monitoring of poultry houses. The data acquisition module and the relay group control module are initialized. The relay group control module not only controls 18 routine outputs, but also controls the collection of temperature and humidity, which is very important to the initialization of this part. After the AD acquisition module and the self-tuning fuzzy pid decoupling control algorithm are initialized, the temperature and humidity acquisition channel is opened, and the processing results are obtained, and then the output of 18 channels is controlled. Based on the relationship between poultry age and temperature, humidity, ventilation and illumination, the self-tuning fuzzy pid decoupling control algorithm is used to process the real-time measured data to obtain pid adjustment parameters. The decoupling principle of unit array is used to decouple the temperature and humidity control. Experiments and simulations show that the system has the advantages of rapid response, high sensitivity and good stability.
