【摘要】：正非人靈長類動物是一類以獼猴為主的靈長類動物,包括獼猴、恒河猴、長尾黑顎猴、普通絨猴、綿頭絹猴、大猩猩等,其在遺傳物質(zhì)、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、生理代謝和生活習性等方面與人類高度相似,是醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域中最具研究和應(yīng)用價值的實驗動物。但其在研究過程中常由于感染病毒而導(dǎo)致腹瀉,進一步發(fā)展為消瘦、營養(yǎng)不良,甚至死亡,不僅造成較大的經(jīng)濟損失,還阻礙了試驗的順利進展,同時,一些致瀉性病原為人獸共患性病原,對人類具有潛在的危害,具有公共衛(wèi)
[Abstract]:Nonhuman primates are a class of primates, mainly rhesus monkeys, including rhesus monkeys, Ganges RIver monkeys, long tailed Black jaws, common cashmere monkeys, spun spun monkeys and gorillas, which are highly similar to humans in genetic material, tissue structure, physiological metabolism and living habits. But it is the most valuable experimental animal in the field of medicine. In the course of the study, it often causes diarrhea due to the infection of the virus and further develops into thin, malnourished and even death. It not only causes great economic loss, but also hinders the smooth progress of the experiment. At the same time, some pathogenic pathogens are the pathogeny of human zoonosis, which have potential harm to human beings and have public health.
