苦玄參提取物對廣西麻雞血清生化指標(biāo)及免疫功能的影響

【摘要】:試驗(yàn)旨在研究日糧中添加苦玄參提取物對廣西麻雞血清生化指標(biāo)及免疫功能的影響。選用1日齡廣西麻雞500羽,隨機(jī)分為5組(A、B、C、D、E組),每組設(shè)5個重復(fù),每個重復(fù)20羽。其中A、B、C組為試驗(yàn)組,分別在基礎(chǔ)日糧中添加0.70%,0.35%和0.175%的苦玄參提取物;D組為陽性藥物對照組,在基礎(chǔ)日糧中添加0.01%硫酸黏菌素預(yù)混料;E組為空白對照組,飼喂基礎(chǔ)日糧,預(yù)試期3d,正試期49d。于21、35和49日齡時分別從每組抽取10羽試驗(yàn)雞進(jìn)行心臟采血,測定血清生理生化及免疫指標(biāo)。結(jié)果顯示:與E組相比,日糧添加苦玄參提取物對雞的血清TP、GLU含量無顯著影響(P0.05);但21和35日齡時,A、B、C組的TBILI含量均極顯著或顯著低于E組(P0.01;P0.05);35日齡時,A、B、C組的血清AKP活性均極顯著高于E組(P0.01),C組的GOT活性在21和35日齡時顯著高于E組(P0.05);49日齡時,A、B、C組的IgG和B、C組IL-2含量均顯著或極顯著低于E組(P0.05;P0.01),B組T-AOC顯著高于E組(P0.05),A、B、C組血清GSH含量均顯著高于E組(P0.05)。由此可知,日糧中添加的苦玄參提取物顯著降低了廣西麻雞的血清TBILI含量,并在一定程度上降低了IgG、IL-2和IL-6含量,提高了AKP和GOT活性及T-AOC和GSH含量。綜合考慮,以0.35%的添加量效果最好。
[Abstract]:The experiment was conducted to study the effects of extracts of Radix Sophora Radix Sophora on serum biochemical indexes and immune function of Guangxi chicken. 500 feathers of Guangxi chicken in 1 days of age were randomly divided into 5 groups (A, B, C, D, E group), each group had 5 repetitions and 20 plumes, each of which was A, B, and C as the experimental group, and 0.70%, 0.35% and 0.175% of the Sophora dauri were added to the basal diet. The D group was used as the positive drug control group, and the basal diet was added to the basal diet with 0.01% colysin sulphate premixture, and the E group was a blank control group. The basal diet was fed, the pre trial period 3D was fed, and the positive 49d. was extracted from each group of 10 feathers from each group at the 21,35 and 49 days of age to collect blood from the heart and determine the serum physiological and biochemical and immune indexes. The results showed that the phase of the serum was compared with the E group. There was no significant effect on serum TP and GLU content in chicken serum (P0.05), but the TBILI content in A, B and C groups was significantly or significantly lower than that of E group (P0.01; P0.05) at 21 and 35 days old, while 35 days old, A, B and 35 days of age were significantly higher than those in the group of 21 and 35; 4 At 9 days of age, the content of IL-2 in group A, B and C was significantly lower than that of group E (P0.05; P0.01), and B group T-AOC significantly higher than that of the group (P0.05). The contents of IgG, IL-2 and IL-6 increased the activity of AKP and GOT and the content of T-AOC and GSH. Considering the addition of 0.35%, the best effect was obtained.
