辣木梗葉對奶牛生產(chǎn)性能及血漿生化、抗氧化和免疫指標(biāo)的影響

【摘要】:本試驗旨在探究辣木梗葉替代基礎(chǔ)飼糧中50%苜蓿對泌乳奶牛生產(chǎn)性能及血漿生化、抗氧化和免疫指標(biāo)的影響。選取8頭產(chǎn)后100~150 d,經(jīng)產(chǎn),體重、胎次、產(chǎn)奶量相同或相近的健康的荷斯坦奶牛,每4頭為1組分為2組進行交叉試驗。試驗(A)組飼喂用辣木梗葉替代基礎(chǔ)飼糧中50%苜蓿的試驗飼糧,對照(B)組飼喂基礎(chǔ)飼糧。試驗分2期進行,每期18 d,其中前15天為預(yù)試期,后3天為試驗期。采集血樣及奶樣,并記錄干物質(zhì)采食(DMI)量和產(chǎn)奶量。結(jié)果表明:1)與B組相比,A組奶牛的DMI顯著增加(P0.05),產(chǎn)奶量有升高的趨勢(0.05≤P0.10),且顯著提高了乳蛋白率、乳蛋白產(chǎn)量和乳總固形物含量,有降低乳體細胞數(shù)的趨勢(0.05≤P0.10);2)A組奶牛血漿中膽固醇(CHOL)和甘油三酯(TG)的含量顯著低于B組(P0.05),堿性磷酸酶(ALP)活性與游離脂肪酸(NEFA)含量有下降的趨勢(0.05≤P0.10);3)與B組相比,A組顯著提高了奶牛血漿中總抗氧化能力(T-AOC)以及抑制羥自由基能力(P0.05),顯著降低了血漿中丙二醛(MDA)含量(P0.05),顯著提高血漿中免疫球蛋白G(Ig G)的含量(P0.05)。因此,辣木梗葉在一定程度上可促進奶牛生產(chǎn)性能的提高,預(yù)防乳房炎的發(fā)生,改善奶牛血漿生化指標(biāo),提高奶牛機體抗氧化能力和免疫功能,可作為優(yōu)質(zhì)粗飼料應(yīng)用于奶牛的生產(chǎn)實踐。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of 50% alfalfa on the performance, plasma biochemical, antioxidant and immune indexes of lactating cows. Eight healthy Holstein cows with the same or similar milk yield, including birth, body weight, birth order and milk yield, were selected for 150 days postpartum. Each 4 Holstein cows were divided into 2 groups. The experimental diet of 50% alfalfa in the basal diet was replaced by the leaves of Ramulus stem in the experimental group, and the basal diet was fed in the control group (B). The experiment was divided into two stages, each for 18 days, in which the first 15 days was the pre-test period, and the latter 3 days was the experimental period. Blood and milk samples were collected and dry matter intake (DMI) and milk production were recorded. The results showed that compared with group B, the DMI of group A was significantly higher than that of group B, the milk yield of group A was 0.05 鈮,
