【摘要】：高密度培養(yǎng)是提高微生物產(chǎn)量的有效途徑和手段。將高密度培養(yǎng)技術(shù)應(yīng)用于飼用乳酸菌的生產(chǎn),可以大大提高生產(chǎn)率,降低生產(chǎn)成本,并且加速乳酸菌制劑的商品化進(jìn)程,使其能夠更好地滿足市場需求,本文就乳酸菌高密度培養(yǎng)的主要影響因素及培養(yǎng)方式進(jìn)行了綜述,為飼用乳酸菌的高密度培養(yǎng)提供參考。
[Abstract]:High density culture is an effective way to increase microbial yield. The application of high density culture technology to the production of feed lactic acid bacteria can greatly increase the productivity, reduce the production cost, and accelerate the commercialization process of the lactic acid bacteria preparation, so that it can better meet the market demand. In this paper, the main influencing factors and culture methods of high density lactic acid bacteria culture were reviewed, which provided a reference for the high density culture of lactic acid bacteria for feed.
