早期斷奶不同哺育方案對(duì)2～6月齡犢牛生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育與DMI的影響

【摘要】：為研究中國(guó)荷斯坦?fàn)倥Ｔ缙跀嗄滩煌赣桨笇?duì)斷奶后2~6月齡生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育與DMI的影響,選擇品種來(lái)源一致、初生~2月齡(61日齡)階段采用代乳料-犢牛料不同過(guò)渡時(shí)間哺育方案、實(shí)測(cè)平均體重(81.96±9.06)kg的健康中國(guó)荷斯坦公犢36頭,按體重相近的原則隨機(jī)分9組,以前期哺育方案、能量飼料構(gòu)成,以及甘露寡糖、微生態(tài)制劑不同添加水平為試驗(yàn)因子,采用L9(34)正交試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì),探索犢牛早期斷奶代乳期代乳料-犢牛料不同過(guò)渡時(shí)間哺育方案對(duì)2~6月齡生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育及DM采食能力的影響。結(jié)果顯示,試驗(yàn)犢牛2~6月齡的生長(zhǎng)強(qiáng)度依次為體重胸圍≈體斜長(zhǎng)管?chē)w高,以體重為最大,其次為胸圍和體斜長(zhǎng);體重估測(cè)回歸方程為:體重(kg)=胸圍2(m)×體斜長(zhǎng)(m)×84.06+13.48。對(duì)ADG的調(diào)控效果,2~4月齡以0.08%甘露寡糖最佳,"7+1"過(guò)渡與之相近,比設(shè)定水平可提高ADG 10.95%(P0.05)以上;4~6月齡以"7+1"過(guò)渡為優(yōu),0.08%甘露寡糖與之相近,比設(shè)定水平可提高ADG 11.12%(P0.05)以上。對(duì)DMI的調(diào)控效果,2~4、4~6月齡均以"7+1"過(guò)渡最優(yōu),比設(shè)定水平相對(duì)提高DMI 10.00%以上;0.08%甘露寡糖與之相似。以能量飼料構(gòu)成的調(diào)控效果相對(duì)為小。結(jié)果表明,中國(guó)荷斯坦?fàn)倥Ｔ缙跀嗄檀槠诓捎?周代乳料+1周犢牛料過(guò)渡的前期哺育方案,斷奶后犢牛料添加0.08%甘露寡糖、0.10%復(fù)合微生態(tài)制劑,犢牛料能量飼料構(gòu)成采用普通玉米可顯著提高ADG和增強(qiáng)青粗飼料采食能力。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effects of different feeding schemes on the growth and development of Chinese Holstein calves at the age of 2 to 6 months after weaning, the varieties were selected from the same source, and the different transitional feeding schemes were used in the stage of milk substitute and calves feeding at the age of 2 months or 61 days. 36 healthy Chinese Holstein bulls with an average body weight of 81.96 鹵9.06)kg were randomly divided into 9 groups according to the principle of similar body weight.
