【摘要】：反向遺傳操作技術已經成為研究瘟病毒屬的一條有效的途徑。針對反向遺傳技術在瘟病毒屬基因結構和功能研究、致病機制研究和新型疫苗研制中的應用以及瘟病毒屬的感染性克隆策略的選擇進行了綜述,以期為預防、控制和消滅瘟病毒屬病毒提供參考。
[Abstract]:Reverse genetic manipulation has become an effective way to study the genus of plague virus. In this paper, the application of reverse genetic technology in the study of gene structure and function of the genus blast virus, the study of pathogenesis and the development of new vaccine, and the selection of infectious cloning strategy of the genus of plague virus are reviewed in order to prevent the disease. Control and elimination of plague virus to provide reference.
