不同褐殼蛋雞品種的生長及產(chǎn)蛋性能比較研究

【摘要】:本試驗研究了不同褐殼蛋雞品種在相同的飼養(yǎng)管理條件下養(yǎng)殖效果,以比較出適宜飼養(yǎng)的褐殼蛋雞品種。本試驗分三部分進行,第一部分:育雛期比較。在育雛期選擇海蘭褐、京紅、伊莎褐、羅曼褐、海賽克斯褐五個品種,相同的飼養(yǎng)管理條件下進行飼養(yǎng)。結(jié)果表明:不同品種種蛋入孵時的蛋重,經(jīng)方差分析,沒有顯著差異。不同品種雛雞初生重差異極顯著,海賽克斯褐和伊莎褐初生重與其它品種間差異極顯著(P0.01),羅曼褐與京紅之間初生重差異極顯著(P0.01)。除海蘭褐與羅曼褐之間初生重差異不顯著(P0.05),其余品種的初生重均存在顯著差異(P0.05)。育雛期不同蛋雞品種增重情況存在差異,2周齡時羅曼褐增重最快比伊莎褐體重高7.6%,差異極顯著(P0.01),同時比京紅體重高5.3%,差異顯著(P0.05),其余的兩個品種海蘭褐和海賽克斯褐體重差異不顯著(P0.05),生長至8周齡時依然是羅曼褐蛋雞的生長速度最快,此時羅曼褐比伊莎褐體重高6.4%,差異極顯著(P0.01),比海賽克斯褐體重高4.6%,差異顯著(P0.05);海蘭褐比伊莎褐體重高4.3%,也存在差異顯著(P0.05)。育雛期海蘭褐、羅曼褐高于其它品種,其次為京紅、海賽克斯褐、伊莎褐。第二部分:育成期比較。育成期不同品種蛋雞從育雛舍轉(zhuǎn)移到三階梯籠養(yǎng)式蛋雞舍,5個不同品種蛋雞在相同飼養(yǎng)管理條件下進行飼養(yǎng)。結(jié)果表明:不同品種蛋雞在不同周齡體重增長情況存在差異。8周齡時,伊莎褐與其它各品種間存在差異(P0.05)。11周齡京紅和海賽克斯褐品種間無差異(P0.05)與其它品種間存在差異。19周齡時京紅與海蘭褐、海賽克斯褐差異不顯著(P0.05),海蘭褐和伊莎褐之間差異不顯著(P0.05),羅曼褐品種此時與其它品種間的體重存在差異顯著(P0.05)。不同品種蛋雞生長模型的比較,對于海蘭褐蛋雞來說,Gompertz曲線模型的擬合度最高,擬合效果最好。適合做生長曲線估計,而不同品種蛋雞的拐點體重、拐點周齡和最大增重周期也不相同,其中,羅曼褐的拐點體重最大為923.845g,羅曼褐和京紅的拐點周齡最大為11.119,伊莎褐的最大增重周期為3.334。育成期海蘭褐發(fā)育高于其它品種,依次為羅曼褐、京紅、伊莎褐、海賽克斯褐。第三部分:產(chǎn)蛋期比較。產(chǎn)蛋期5個不同品種蛋雞在相同的飼養(yǎng)管理條件下飼養(yǎng)。結(jié)果表明:25周齡海賽克斯褐體重與其它品種間存在極顯著的差異(P0.01)。不同品種雞蛋橫徑與蛋形指數(shù)和蛋重呈極顯著性正相關(guān)(P0.01),京紅蛋形指數(shù)與蛋重呈極顯著性正相關(guān)(P0.01),其余的呈不顯著相關(guān)。31周齡時依然是海賽克斯褐與其它品種間不存在差異顯著,海蘭褐與京紅和伊莎褐與羅曼褐間存在差異顯著(P0.05)。蛋形指數(shù)上京紅與海蘭褐、伊莎褐、羅曼褐間差異不顯著,而與海賽克斯褐差異顯著(P0.05),海蘭褐、羅曼褐與伊莎褐、海賽克斯褐差異極顯著(P0.01)。蛋殼強度羅曼褐與其它品種差異極顯著(P0.01)。哈氏單位海賽克斯褐與其它品種間存在差異極顯著(P0.01)。在產(chǎn)蛋高峰的時候,海蘭褐高于其它4個品種,依次為羅曼褐、伊莎褐、京紅、海賽克斯褐。25周齡至43周齡海蘭褐比羅曼褐、伊莎褐、京紅、海賽克斯褐的產(chǎn)蛋率分別高0.5%、0.7%、0.75%、0.9%;海蘭褐蛋雞的產(chǎn)蛋量高,料蛋比海蘭褐2.08:1、伊莎褐2.18:1、羅曼褐2.2:1、海賽克斯褐2.3:1、京紅2.4:1。本次研究,認為海蘭褐蛋雞不失為理想的蛋雞品種,此可供石家莊地區(qū)廣大褐殼蛋雞飼養(yǎng)者參考,也可為養(yǎng)雞業(yè)的發(fā)展提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:This experiment studied the effect of different brown shell layers under the same feeding and management conditions, in order to compare the suitable breeds of brown shell and laying hens. The experiment was divided into three parts. The first part was divided into three parts: the first part: the brooding period. In the brooding period, five varieties of brown, Jinghong, ISA Brown, Luo Man brown, and sea race Brown were selected, and the same feeding management article was made. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the egg weight of different varieties of eggs and the variance analysis. The difference of the primary weight of different breeds was very significant, and the difference of the primary weight of the brown and isa Browns with the other varieties was very significant (P0.01), and the difference of the primary weight between the Roman Brown and the Beijing Red was very significant (P0.01). There was no significant difference in the primary weight difference (P0.05) among the other varieties (P0.05). The weight gain of different layers in the brooding period was different. When 2 weeks old, the weight gain of Roman Brown was 7.6% higher than that of ESA brown. The difference was very significant (P0.01), and the difference was significant (P0.05), and the other two varieties were significantly higher than that of Beijing Red (P0.01). There was no significant difference in brown and sea browning weight (P0.05). When the growth was 8 weeks old, the growth rate of Luo Manhe was the fastest. The different breed layers are transferred from brooding house to three staircase caged chicken house, and 5 different kinds of laying hens are kept under the same feeding management conditions. The results show that the different kinds of laying hens are not in the same breeding condition. There was a difference between.8 weeks and other varieties (P0.05), there was no difference (P0.05) between.11 Zhou Jinghong and the other varieties (P0.05), there was no difference between Beijing Red and sea blue at the age of.19, and the difference was not significant (P0.05), and there was no significant difference between the browning brown and isa browning. (P0.05) there was a significant difference in the weight between the Roman Brown varieties at this time and the other varieties (P0.05). The comparison of the growth models of different kinds of laying hens was the best fit for the Gompertz curve model and the best fitting effect. It was suitable to estimate the growth curve, and the turning point of the different kinds of laying hens, the turning point of the week and the maximum increase. The heavy cycle is not the same, of which the maximum weight of the turning point of Roman Brown is 923.845g, the maximum of the turning point of Luo Manhe and Jinghong is 11.119, and the maximum weight gain period of isaba Brown is higher than that of other varieties in the period of 3.334. breeding, which are Roma Brown, Beijing Red, isesa brown, and sea Sax brown. The third part: the egg production period is compared. The laying period is 5 different periods. The same breed was kept under the same feeding management conditions. The results showed that there was a very significant difference between the 25 weeks' Sykes's Brown weight and other varieties (P0.01). The horizontal diameter of eggs was significantly positively correlated with egg shape index and egg weight (P0.01), and the number of Jinghong egg shape was significantly positively correlated with the egg weight (P0.01). There is no significant difference between the lignin brown and the other varieties when the.31 weeks of age are not significant. The difference between the brown and Beijing Red and the ISA Brown and the Roman Brown is significant (P0.05). The egg shape index is not significantly different between Beijing and Hai Lan, ISA Brown and Roman Brown, but the difference is significant with the sea Sykes Brown (P0.05), the sea blue brown, Luo Manhe and Ishaeas brown and sea Sax Brown difference is very significant (P0.01). The difference between the egg shell intensity Roman Brown and other varieties is very significant (P0.01). The difference between haelsax brown and other varieties is very significant (P0.01). At the peak of the egg production, Hailan Brown is higher than the other 4 varieties, which are Roma brown, ishaeas, Beijing Red, and haisex brown.25 weeks old. To 43 weeks, the laying rate of sea orchid brown than Roman Brown, isesa brown, Beijing Red and sea Sax Brown is 0.5%, 0.7%, 0.75%, 0.9% respectively. The egg production of hens brown layers is higher than that of sea blue brown 2.08:1, ISA Brown 2.18:1, Roman Brown 2.2:1, sea Sax brown 2.3:1 and Beijing Red 2.4:1.. It is a reference for the breeding of the broad brown layer hens in Shijiazhuang area, and it can also provide a basis for the development of poultry industry.
