粉煤灰與煤矸石配比對苜蓿植株生長及其修復(fù)效果的影響

【摘要】:為探明苜蓿對煤矸石和粉煤灰栽培基質(zhì)的修復(fù)效果,采用盆栽法,研究了粉煤灰與煤矸石不同配比對紫花苜蓿生長及基質(zhì)p H值和電導(dǎo)率(EC)的影響。結(jié)果表明:T4∶6處理(下標數(shù)字表示粉煤灰與煤矸石質(zhì)量比,下同)的苜蓿地上部、根系干質(zhì)量最大,分別是T2∶8、T3∶7、T5∶5處理的1.24~2.73倍、1.30~1.98倍,植株地上部吸收N、P量也明顯高于T2∶8、T3∶7、T5∶5處理,分別是其他處理的1.33~3.23倍、1.16~3.66倍;粉煤比對苜蓿地上部銅(Cu)、鎘(Cd)吸收量有顯著影響,T3∶7、T4∶6、T5∶5處理的Cu、Cd吸收量分別是T2∶8處理的2.47~3.42倍、1.75~2.46倍;T4∶6處理基質(zhì)p H值接近中性,EC值較小,鹽化程度較低,植物修復(fù)效果較好。研究表明,修復(fù)效果最佳的粉煤比為4∶6。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the effect of alfalfa on the restoration of coal gangue and fly ash, the effects of different ratio of fly ash and coal gangue on alfalfa growth, pH value and electrical conductivity of alfalfa were studied by pot culture. The results showed that the root dry mass of alfalfa treated with the weight ratio of fly ash to coal gangue was the highest in the treatment of 1: T4: 6, which was 1.24 ~ 2.73 times and 1.30 ~ 1.98 times as much as that of treatment T2: 8, T3: 7 and T5: 5, respectively, when the weight ratio of fly ash to coal gangue was the same as that of T2: 8, T3: 7 and T5: 5, respectively. The amount of N P uptake in shoot was also significantly higher than that in the treatment of T2: 8: T3: 7 and T5: 5, which was 1.33 ~ 3.23 times as much as that of other treatments, and 1.16 ~ 3.66 times of that of other treatments. The ratio of powdered coal to alfalfa has a significant effect on the uptake of Cu (Cu), CD ~ (2 +) (CD ~ (2 +) in the aboveground part of alfalfa. The uptake of Cu ~ (2 +) in T _ (3: 7) T _ (4) O _ (4) O _ (6) and T _ (5): 5 treatment is 2.47 ~ 3.42 times of T _ 2: 8 and 1.75 ~ (2.46) times higher than that in T _ (4): 6 treatment respectively. The effect of phytoremediation is better. The results show that the best coal recovery ratio is 4: 6.
