試驗(yàn)增溫和放牧對(duì)門源草原毛蟲生長發(fā)育的影響

【摘要】:青藏高原是全球氣候變暖的敏感區(qū)域之一,門源草原毛蟲作為青藏高原東北部高寒草甸的主要害蟲之一,蟲害爆發(fā)時(shí)造成牧草短缺,引發(fā)家畜口膜炎甚至死亡。因此,未來持續(xù)增溫情況下,門源草原毛蟲的表現(xiàn)對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)匦竽翗I(yè)生產(chǎn)安全至關(guān)重要。通過野外控制試驗(yàn),探討增溫(日增溫1.2℃/夜增溫1.7℃)和放牧對(duì)草原毛蟲生長發(fā)育的影響。結(jié)果表明,放牧顯著提高了幼蟲生長速率和蛹重,雌蛹增重比率約為雄蛹的2倍。增溫顯著縮短了草原毛蟲幼蟲期(雌性幼蟲4.4d、雄性幼蟲7.0d)和蛹期(雌蛹3.6d、雄蛹4.6d),而且引發(fā)雄性先熟,即雄成蟲羽化時(shí)間較雌成蟲早5.0d。增溫放牧處理下,草原毛蟲的生長速率提高9%、雌蛹增重26%?梢,未來持續(xù)增溫的高寒草甸牧場(chǎng),門源草原毛蟲適合度升高,對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)夭輬?chǎng)和家畜的威脅加大,需加強(qiáng)害蟲的監(jiān)控和防治力度。
