【摘要】：通過小鼠胃腸蠕動(dòng)試驗(yàn)、小鼠腹瀉試驗(yàn)、抗炎試驗(yàn)和鎮(zhèn)痛試驗(yàn),考察苦參止痢顆粒的藥效作用。結(jié)果表明,與空白對(duì)照組相比,苦參止痢顆�？娠@著降低蓖麻油所致小鼠的腹瀉次數(shù)(P0.01),對(duì)正常小鼠胃排空作用有顯著的抑制作用(P0.01),可顯著降低二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓的腫脹率(P0.01),顯著提高小鼠耐熱痛閾值(P0.01)。說明苦參止痢顆粒具有止瀉、調(diào)節(jié)胃腸蠕動(dòng)、抗炎、鎮(zhèn)痛等作用。
[Abstract]:The pharmacodynamics of Kushen Zhili granules was investigated by gastrointestinal peristalsis test, diarrhea test, anti-inflammatory test and analgesic test in mice. The results showed that, compared with the blank control group, Kushen Zhili granule could significantly reduce the diarrhea times of mice induced by castor oil and inhibit the gastric emptying of normal mice. It could significantly reduce the swelling rate of auricle induced by xylene in mice and increase the threshold of heat tolerance in mice. It shows that Kushen Zhili granule has the functions of stopping diarrhea, regulating gastrointestinal peristalsis, anti-inflammation, analgesia and so on.
