【摘要】：擬闡明銀盾革蜱(Dermacentor niveus)各發(fā)育階段形態(tài)及其發(fā)育特點(diǎn),為各齡期革蜱類的防治提供一定的實(shí)驗(yàn)依據(jù)。筆者以新疆地區(qū)優(yōu)勢種革蜱——銀盾革蜱為實(shí)驗(yàn)材料,通過體視顯微鏡及掃描電子顯微鏡對銀盾革蜱各齡期蟲體形態(tài)進(jìn)行觀察、鑒定。結(jié)果表明,在革蜱屬中,銀盾革蜱蟲卵、幼蜱、若蜱和成蜱超微結(jié)構(gòu)上存在明顯差異,蟲卵多為長橢圓形,隨著孵化時(shí)間的增加,蟲卵的顏色及內(nèi)部的結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生明顯改變;幼蜱口下板齒式為2|2、肢節(jié)為3對(Ⅰ~Ⅲ)、無氣門板、無生殖孔、肛門瓣剛毛1對、無肛后溝等;若蜱口下板齒式為3~2|2~3、肢節(jié)為4對(Ⅰ~Ⅳ)、無生殖孔但具有氣門板、肛門瓣剛毛3對、假頭基為三角形等;成蜱雄性的口下板齒式為3|3、具有生殖孔和氣門板、肛門瓣剛毛5對半、肢節(jié)Ⅳ(股節(jié)、脛節(jié)和后跗節(jié))腹面都具有3個(gè)齒狀突等;成蜱雌性的口下板齒式為4~3|3~4、每一側(cè)孔區(qū)具有一根剛毛、肛門瓣剛毛5對、肢節(jié)Ⅳ無齒狀突等。本試驗(yàn)對銀盾革蜱各發(fā)育階段形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)、鑒定要點(diǎn)等進(jìn)行研究,初次描述了其各齡期超微結(jié)構(gòu)及發(fā)育過程,為地方蜱傳疾病綜合防控提供一定的實(shí)驗(yàn)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:To elucidate the morphology and developmental characteristics of each developmental stage of Dermacentor niveus (Dermacentor niveusus) in order to provide a certain experimental basis for the control of various ages. In this paper, the dominant species of Leyfos in Xinjiang were used as the experimental materials, and the morphology of each age was observed and identified by stereoscopic microscope and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results showed that there were obvious differences in the ultrastructure of egg, juvenile, larva and adult in the genus Chlorpyrifos. The eggs were mostly long oval. With the increase of incubation time, the color and internal structure of eggs changed obviously. The tooth type of suboral plate of juvenile ticks was 2.2, and that of limb segments was 3 pairs (鈪，
