日糧能量水平和光照強度對獺兔繁殖性能和體況的影響

【摘要】:本試驗旨在探討不同能量水平的飼糧和不同強度的光照對周期性繁殖模式下獺兔繁殖性能和體況的影響。能量水平試驗選用平均體重為(3.56±0.17)kg的經(jīng)產(chǎn)獺兔150只,隨機分成3組(每組50個重復(fù),每個重復(fù)1只),采用42天繁殖模式,分別飼喂消化能為9.2、9.7和10.2 MJ/kg的飼糧。繁殖試驗連續(xù)進行三胎,并在第一胎、第二胎產(chǎn)后15天靜脈采血。結(jié)果如下:飼糧能量水平極顯著影響母兔泌乳力(P=0.0062)、第一胎產(chǎn)后體重(P=0.0021)和仔兔斷奶窩重(P=0.0006);顯著影響第一胎(P=0.0475)和第三胎(P=0.0302)母兔泌乳21天體重。不同能量水平極顯著影響血清肌酸激酶(P=0.0015)和甘油三酯(P=0.0013)含量,顯著影響高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(P=0.0368)、總膽固醇(P=0.0476)和胰高血糖素含量(P=0.0159),對其他血清生化指標(biāo)無顯著影響(P0.05)。本試驗研究結(jié)果表明,42天繁殖模式下獺兔適宜飼糧消化能水平為10.2 MJ/kg,高能量水平的日糧在周期性繁殖模式下可以提高母兔的繁殖性能,較好的維持母兔的體況。光照試驗選用平均體重為(3.38±0.12kg)的后備母兔144只,隨機分成3組(每組48個重復(fù),每個重復(fù)1只),采用49天繁殖模式,分別給予不同強度的光照60lux(L),80lux(M),100lux(H)。相關(guān)的繁殖性能指標(biāo)連續(xù)統(tǒng)計三胎,并在第二次配種前,每組選取6只母兔采集卵巢。結(jié)果表明:在這三種光照強度下母兔的繁殖性能,包括:受胎率、產(chǎn)仔數(shù)、活仔數(shù)、出生窩重、斷奶窩重都沒有顯著的改變(P0.05)。對于卵巢內(nèi)ER-α,FSHR,LHR,GnRHR-I,PGR基因的表達(dá)也沒有顯著影響(P0.05)。用免疫組化的方法檢測卵巢內(nèi)α-雌激素受體以及孕酮受體,發(fā)現(xiàn)光照強度對其分布與表達(dá)沒有顯著影響(P0.05)。但是在初始體重?zé)o顯著差異的情況下,不同強度的光照對于母兔第一胎配種時的體重,第二胎配種和產(chǎn)仔時的體重有顯著的影響(P0.05),在高光照強度下母兔體重增長緩慢。并且GHR基因的表達(dá)與體重變化出現(xiàn)相同的趨勢。對于其他各個階段(第一胎產(chǎn)后和泌乳21天,第二胎的泌乳21天以及第三胎)的體重均無顯著影響(P0.05)。結(jié)果表明光照強度對母兔的繁殖性能沒有顯著的影響,但是強光照(100lux)在實驗初期會影響母兔增重體重。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of different energy levels and different intensities of light on the reproductive performance and body condition of rex rabbits under periodic reproduction mode. One hundred and fifty rex rabbits with average body weight of 3.56 鹵0.17)kg were randomly divided into 3 groups (50 replicates in each group and 1 repeats in each group), fed with a 42-day reproductive model and fed with a diet of 9.2g and 10.2 MJ / kg, respectively. Reproductive tests were carried out in three consecutive births, and the first and second postpartum venous blood collection 15 days. The results were as follows: the dietary energy level significantly affected the lactating capacity of female rabbits P0. 0062, the body weight of the first fetus P0. 0021) and the weaning litter weight of the litter P0. 0006, and significantly affected the lactating weight of the first and third embryos respectively. The results showed that the optimum dietary digestible energy level of rex rabbits was 10.2 MJ / kg under 42-day reproductive mode, and the high energy level diet could improve the reproductive performance of female rabbits and maintain the body condition of female rabbits. 144 female rabbits with an average weight of 3.38 鹵0.12 kg were randomly divided into 3 groups (48 replicates in each group and 1 replica in each group). The related reproductive performance indexes were counted continuously, and the ovaries were collected from 6 female rabbits in each group before the second breeding. The results showed that the reproductive performance of female rabbits under these three light intensities, including conception rate, litter size, live litter size, birth litter weight and weaning litter weight, did not change significantly (P 0.05). There was also no significant effect on the expression of GnRHR-Ig PGR gene in ovarian ER- 偽 FSHR-LHR-LHR-LHR-LHR-P0.05. The 偽 -estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor in ovary were detected by immunohistochemical method. It was found that the distribution and expression of 偽 -estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor were not significantly affected by light intensity. However, under the condition of no significant difference in initial body weight, different light intensity had a significant effect on the body weight of the first and second born rabbits, and the body weight of the second and the second born rabbits, and the weight of the female rabbits increased slowly under high light intensity. The expression of GHR gene showed the same trend as weight change. There was no significant effect on the body weight of the other stages (the first and 21 days postpartum, the second and the third). The results showed that light intensity had no significant effect on the reproductive performance of female rabbits, but strong light lux100) would affect the weight gain of female rabbits at the beginning of the experiment.
