單寧酸對綿羊日糧養(yǎng)分消化利用及氮代謝的影響

【摘要】:通過在飼料中添加不同比例的分析純單寧酸(鞣酸),對綿羊營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)消化利用及氮代謝參數(shù)的影響進(jìn)行了研究,并探討分析純單寧酸在飼糧中的適宜添加量。試驗選用4只安裝永久性瘤胃瘺管的羯綿羊(2歲,平均體重為35±2.15 kg)作試畜,采用4×4拉丁方設(shè)計進(jìn)行試驗,研究了飼糧單寧酸水平(A、B、C、D分別為0、10、15、20 g/kg DM)對綿羊養(yǎng)分消化利用與氮代謝參數(shù)的影響,16 d(預(yù)試期10 d,正試期6 d)為一個飼糧循環(huán),全期共64 d。結(jié)果表明,高濃度單寧酸(20 g/kg DM)影響綿羊的采食量,進(jìn)而影響綿羊?qū)Ω晌镔|(zhì)(DM)、有機(jī)物(OM)、中性洗滌纖維(NDF)、酸性洗滌纖維(ADF)的食入量(P0.01);但隨著單寧酸濃度的增加,綿羊?qū)M、OM、NDF、ADF、Ca、P的消化率并無顯著影響(P0.05);處理組A、B、C的N食入量與N消化量極顯著高于D(P0.01),N存留率隨單寧酸比例的增大而升高,僅C處理組顯著高于A(P0.01);N消化率、p H、總N濃度差異不顯著(P0.05);而瘤胃液NH3-N濃度和尿素氮(BUN)呈線性下降,A的NH3-N顯著高于D(P0.05),而其血漿尿素氮(BUN)高于C、D(P0.01)。可見,單寧酸具有提高蛋白質(zhì)在綿羊體內(nèi)消化吸收的功效;飼糧中單寧酸含量小于15 g/kg DM時,能夠顯著提高氮存留率,對蛋白質(zhì)保護(hù)的效果較好;故單寧酸在飼糧中的添加量不應(yīng)該超過15 g/kg DM。
[Abstract]:The effects of different proportions of analytical tannic acid (tannic acid) on nutrient digestibility and nitrogen metabolism parameters of sheep were studied, and the optimum addition of pure tannic acid in diet was discussed. Four sheep, aged 2 years old with permanent rumen fistula, with an average body weight of 35 鹵2.15 kg, were used in the experiment, and 4 脳 4 Latin square design was used to carry out the experiment. The effects of dietary tannic acid level on nutrient digestibility and nitrogen metabolism parameters of sheep were studied in this paper. The effects of dietary tannic acid level on nutrient digestibility and nitrogen metabolism parameters of sheep were studied for 16 days (10 days in pretest period and 6 days in trial period) as a diet cycle, with a total duration of 64 days. The results showed that high concentration of tannic acid (20 g/kg) affected the feed intake of sheep, and then affected the feed intake of dry matter (DMN), organic matter (OMN), neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and acid detergent fiber (ADF), but with the increase of tannic acid concentration, The N intake and N digestibility of the treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group, and the N retention rate increased with the increase of the tannic acid ratio, but the N digestibility of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the N digestibility of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the N digestibility of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The digestibility of N in C treatment group was significantly higher than that in Agna P0.01N digestibility, but there was no significant difference in total N concentration (P 0.05), while the NH 3-N concentration in rumen fluid and urea nitrogen bun in rumen fluid decreased linearly. NH3-N in rumen fluid was significantly higher than that in DZP 0.05N, and the plasma urea nitrogen bun (BUNA) was higher than that in CDDP0.01. It can be seen that tannic acid can improve the digestibility and absorption of protein in sheep, and when the content of tannic acid in diet is less than 15 g/kg DM, the nitrogen retention rate can be significantly increased, and the effect of protein protection is better. Therefore, the addition of tannic acid in diet should not exceed 15 g/kg DM.
