2014~2016年廣州市屠宰場分離沙門氏菌血清學(xué)鑒定和耐藥性分析

【摘要】:2014~2016年從廣州市屠宰場分離沙門氏菌151株,鑒定出12種血清型,前3位優(yōu)勢血清型分別為德爾卑沙門氏菌、羅森氏沙門氏菌、鼠傷寒沙門氏菌。采用微量肉湯稀釋法測定分離菌株對(duì)13種抗菌藥物的敏感性。結(jié)果顯示,沙門氏菌對(duì)四環(huán)素、多西環(huán)素、磺胺異惡唑、氨芐西林、大觀霉素的耐藥率都在60%以上,對(duì)奧格門丁、恩諾沙星、氧氟沙星、頭孢噻呋、多粘菌素E敏感(耐藥率≤16%),多重耐藥率為79.20%。研究表明,沙門氏菌對(duì)部分藥物耐藥性較嚴(yán)重,亟需加強(qiáng)養(yǎng)殖業(yè)抗菌藥物的合理應(yīng)用以控制耐藥性的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:From 2014 to 2016, 151 strains of Salmonella were isolated from slaughterhouse of Guangzhou City, and 12 serotypes were identified. The first three dominant serotypes were Salmonella delpi, Salmonella rosenbergii, Salmonella typhimurium, and Salmonella typhimurium. The sensitivity of isolated strains to 13 antimicrobial agents was determined by broth dilution method. The results showed that the resistance rates of salmonella to tetracycline, doxycycline, sulfamethoxazole, ampicillin and spectinomycin were over 60%.
