飼糧中添加綠狐尾藻對(duì)肥育豬生長(zhǎng)性能、血清生化指標(biāo)和胴體品質(zhì)的影響

【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)旨在研究飼糧中添加綠狐尾藻對(duì)肥育豬生長(zhǎng)性能、血清生化指標(biāo)和胴體品質(zhì)的影響。采用單因素完全隨機(jī)試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì),選用40頭初始體重為(55.20±2.18)kg的健康"杜×長(zhǎng)×大"三元雜交豬,隨機(jī)分為4個(gè)組,每組10個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)1頭豬。Ⅰ組(對(duì)照組)飼喂基礎(chǔ)飼糧,Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ組飼糧在基礎(chǔ)飼糧中分別添加5%、10%和15%綠狐尾藻,試驗(yàn)期60 d。結(jié)果表明:1)與對(duì)照組相比,Ⅱ和Ⅲ組肥育豬的終末體重、平均日增重和料重比均無顯著差異(P0.05);Ⅳ組的終末體重和平均日增重顯著降低(P0.05),料重比顯著增加(P0.05)。2)各組肥育豬的血清總蛋白、尿素氮、總膽固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白含量和谷草轉(zhuǎn)氨酶活性均無顯著差異(P0.05);與對(duì)照組相比,Ⅲ組的血清谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶活性和Ⅳ組的血清白蛋白含量顯著降低(P0.05)。3)各組肥育豬的胴體率、瘦肉率、屠宰率、胴體斜長(zhǎng)、肉色、剪切力和大理石紋評(píng)分均無顯著差異(P0.05);與對(duì)照組相比,Ⅲ和Ⅳ組的平均背膘厚和Ⅳ組的眼肌面積顯著降低(P0.05),Ⅲ組的滴水損失有降低趨勢(shì)(P0.05),Ⅱ和Ⅲ組的p H45 m in、p H24 h有增加趨勢(shì)(P0.05)。由此可見,飼糧中添加10%綠狐尾藻對(duì)肥育豬的生長(zhǎng)性能無顯著影響,可改善血清生化指標(biāo),降低平均背膘厚,減緩肌肉p H下降速度,降低滴水損失,改善豬肉品質(zhì)。
