蠅蛆對糞中養(yǎng)分的轉(zhuǎn)化及蠅蛆對糞中養(yǎng)分利用率的研究

【摘要】:本研究為了探究蠅蛆對糞中物質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)化規(guī)律和對養(yǎng)分的利用率,采用完全隨機(jī)化設(shè)計(jì)。使用3×3的方式進(jìn)行隨機(jī)試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行分組,將3個(gè)蠅卵量分別接種于三種不同豬糞中,共9個(gè)處理,每處理內(nèi)設(shè)3個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)處理互為對照,進(jìn)行蠅蛆飼養(yǎng)試驗(yàn)。根據(jù)糞中干物質(zhì)含量接種不同數(shù)量級(jí)蠅卵量?刂茣r(shí)間為蠅蛆的一個(gè)生長期,即蠅卵發(fā)育到變蛹前停止培育并收集。培養(yǎng)期過后對糞中殘留的各營養(yǎng)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行測定,對各處理中的成蛆體內(nèi)富集的營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)進(jìn)行檢測并分析。研究結(jié)果如下:1.生長豬糞和育肥豬糞接種0.15g/kg蠅卵,仔豬糞接種0.1g/kg蠅卵可使糞中干物質(zhì)減少量達(dá)到最大值。2.仔豬糞、生長豬糞、育肥豬糞接種0.15g/kg的蠅卵干物質(zhì)達(dá)到的轉(zhuǎn)化率最高。分別為8.33%,7.66%,8.65%。3.0.05g/kg和0.1g/蠅卵接種量時(shí),仔豬糞中干物質(zhì)減少量顯著高于生長豬和育肥豬糞中干物質(zhì)減少量(p0.05)。0.15g/kg接種量對不同種類豬糞中干物質(zhì)減少量影響不顯著(p0.05)。4.仔豬糞、生長豬糞和育肥豬糞分別接種0.05g//kg、0.10g/kg、0.15g/kg接種量,干物質(zhì)、粗蛋白、有機(jī)物和能量均在接種量為0.15g/kg時(shí)達(dá)到最大利用率。5.0.1g/kg接種量時(shí)候,仔豬糞中能量減少量顯著高于生長豬糞和育肥豬糞,在0.05g/kg和0.15g/kg蠅卵接種量時(shí),不同糞中能量變化量不顯著。6.接種相同蠅卵量時(shí),仔豬糞中粗蛋白的減少量顯著高于生長豬糞和育肥豬糞,但蠅蛆育肥豬糞中粗蛋白的利用率顯著高于生長豬糞和仔豬糞。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the transformation law of fly maggots to feces and the utilization rate of nutrients, a complete randomization design was used in this study. Three fly eggs were inoculated into three different kinds of pig dung by 3 脳 3 random experiment design. There were 9 treatments with 3 repeats in each treatment, and each treatment was used as a control to carry out the breeding experiment of fly maggots. The eggs of fly were inoculated with different orders of magnitude according to the content of dry matter in feces. The control time is a growing period of fly maggots, that is to say, the eggs of flies cease to be cultivated and collected before pupae. After the culture period, the nutrient index of the residue in the feces was determined, and the nutrients enriched in the adult maggots were detected and analyzed. The results are as follows: 1. Growth pig manure and fattening pig manure were inoculated with 0.15g/kg fly eggs, and piglet manure inoculated with 0.1g/kg fly eggs could reduce dry matter in feces to the maximum value of 0.2. The conversion rate of egg dry matter of 0.15g/kg inoculated with piglet manure, growing pig manure and fattening pig manure was the highest. When inoculated with 8.33 7.66g / kg and 3.0.05g / kg 0.1g/ fly eggs, the amount of dry matter decreased in piglets was significantly higher than that in growing pigs and fattening pigs. The inoculation amount of 0.15g / kg had no significant effect on the dry matter reduction of different kinds of pig manure. Piglet manure, growing pig manure and fattening pig manure were inoculated with 0.05g / kg / kg 0.10g / kg 0.15g / kg inoculation, dry matter, crude protein, organic matter and energy reached the maximum utilization rate of 5.0.1g / kg inoculation when inoculation amount was 0.15g/kg. The amount of energy decreased in piglet manure was significantly higher than that in growing pig manure and fattening pig manure. When inoculated with 0.05g/kg and 0.15g/kg fly eggs, the change of energy in different feces was not significant. 6. The reduction of crude protein in piglet manure was significantly higher than that in growing pig manure and fattening pig manure, but the utilization rate of crude protein in fattening pig manure was significantly higher than that in growing pig manure and piglet manure.
