【摘要】：本文采用實(shí)地調(diào)研與統(tǒng)計(jì)分析的方法,走訪從事畜牧行業(yè)多年有養(yǎng)殖經(jīng)驗(yàn)的養(yǎng)殖戶(hù),通過(guò)到養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)搜集、記錄與畜牧發(fā)展有關(guān)資料的方式,對(duì)南城縣2014-2016年間豬、牛、羊、禽的存欄量、出欄量;蛋禽、豬不同規(guī)模養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)的分布數(shù)量;肉奶蛋等畜禽產(chǎn)品年產(chǎn)量進(jìn)行了調(diào)查研究。結(jié)果表明:2016年與2014年相比,豬、牛的出欄率呈上升趨勢(shì),而羊、禽的出欄率呈下降趨勢(shì);規(guī)模1萬(wàn)羽以上蛋雞養(yǎng)殖戶(hù)170戶(hù),占全縣蛋雞養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)個(gè)數(shù)的45.9%,與2014年相比,戶(hù)數(shù)增加了77.08%。500頭以上的養(yǎng)豬專(zhuān)業(yè)戶(hù)22戶(hù),占全縣豬場(chǎng)總個(gè)數(shù)的0.2%,與2014年相比,戶(hù)數(shù)增加了29.52%;肉奶蛋年產(chǎn)量呈上升趨勢(shì),到2016年底南城縣肉類(lèi)食品、禽蛋類(lèi)食品、牛奶食品人年均占有量分別為73.9 kg、52.8 kg、0.5 kg,國(guó)內(nèi)肉類(lèi)食品、禽蛋類(lèi)食品、牛奶食品人年均占有量分別為61.5 kg、21 kg、26 kg,全縣提供肉類(lèi)食品供應(yīng)不足,牛奶產(chǎn)品嚴(yán)重欠缺。由調(diào)查結(jié)果可以得出南城畜牧業(yè)存在問(wèn)題:一是全縣生豬規(guī)模養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)比重很少;二是全縣奶年產(chǎn)量遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)低于國(guó)內(nèi)其他地區(qū);三是科學(xué)養(yǎng)殖意識(shí)不夠強(qiáng),飼養(yǎng)管理制度不完善,良種繁殖體系相對(duì)滯后,技術(shù)人員缺乏動(dòng)物疫病防控意識(shí);四是畜禽養(yǎng)殖污染與環(huán)境保護(hù)之間存在較大壓力等問(wèn)題。針對(duì)該縣畜牧生產(chǎn)存在的這些問(wèn)題,提出了南城縣畜牧業(yè)發(fā)展的對(duì)策分別是,一是鼓勵(lì)做強(qiáng)生豬產(chǎn)業(yè);二是發(fā)展地方品種繁育體系,推進(jìn)草地改良,填補(bǔ)畜產(chǎn)品缺口;三是加大科技培訓(xùn)力度,提高農(nóng)民的綜合素質(zhì);四是科學(xué)劃分養(yǎng)殖三區(qū),興建有機(jī)肥廠、污水處理廠整治畜禽污染。期望能夠?yàn)槟铣强h畜牧業(yè)的可持續(xù)健康發(fā)展提供理論與實(shí)際借鑒。
[Abstract]:Using the method of field investigation and statistical analysis, this article visits the farmers who have been engaged in breeding experience for many years in the animal husbandry industry. Through collecting the farms and recording the data related to the development of animal husbandry, the number of pig, cattle, sheep and poultry in Nancheng County for 2014-2016 years, the quantity of columns, the distribution of poultry and pig farms, the meat and milk eggs, and so on. The annual output of livestock and poultry products was investigated and studied. The results showed that compared with 2014, the column rate of pigs and cattle showed an upward trend compared with 2014, while the fowling rate of sheep and fowl showed a downward trend, and the number of poultry farmers above 10 thousand feathers above 10 thousand feathers accounted for 45.9% of the number of layers in the whole county. Compared with 2014, the number of households increased more than 77.08%.500. 22 households accounted for 0.2% of the total number of pig farms in the whole county. Compared with 2014, the number of households increased by 29.52%, and the annual output of meat and milk eggs showed an upward trend. By the end of 2016, the annual share of meat food, poultry and egg food and milk food were 73.9 kg, 52.8 kg, 0.5 kg, domestic meat food, poultry egg food and milk food people's annual share For 61.5 kg, 21 kg, 26 kg, the whole county provided insufficient meat food supply and serious shortage of milk products. From the results of the survey, there was a problem in the animal husbandry in southern city: first, the proportion of pig farms in the county was small; two was the annual output of milk in the county far below the other areas in China; three, the scientific cultivation consciousness was not strong enough, and the feeding management system was not finished. The breeding system of good breed is relatively lagging behind, the technical personnel lack the awareness of animal disease prevention and control; four is the problem of large pressure between livestock and poultry pollution and environmental protection. In view of the problems existing in livestock production in this county, the countermeasures are put forward, one is to encourage the Johnson pig industry and the two is to develop the place. Variety breeding system, promote grassland improvement, fill the gap of livestock products, three is to strengthen the training of science and technology to improve the comprehensive quality of farmers; four is the scientific division of three areas of culture, the construction of organic fertilizer plants, sewage treatment plant to control livestock and poultry pollution.
