【摘要】：正近幾年,隨著國(guó)內(nèi)毛皮動(dòng)物養(yǎng)殖業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,國(guó)內(nèi)狐貉貂的養(yǎng)殖規(guī)模穩(wěn)定增長(zhǎng),地域內(nèi)養(yǎng)殖密度也在不斷升高,隨之而來(lái)的疾病防控壓力也越來(lái)越大,而疾病防控中兩大法寶抗生素和疫苗,其使用準(zhǔn)確性和合理性對(duì)疾病的控制尤為重要。疫苗作為控制烈性傳染病的重要法寶,其免疫時(shí)間、免疫劑量、注射途徑及對(duì)象、飼養(yǎng)管理細(xì)節(jié)等因素也嚴(yán)重影響疾病的防控效果,尤其以犬瘟熱為代表的病毒性疾病在夏季疫苗免疫前后在局部地區(qū)都有零星出現(xiàn)免疫失敗,而這其中的諸多免疫問(wèn)題
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous development of the domestic fur animal breeding industry, the scale of domestic fox-raccoon dog mink breeding has steadily increased, and the breeding density in the region has also been increasing, and the pressure of disease prevention and control has also become greater and greater. The accuracy and rationality of the use of antibiotics and vaccines in disease prevention and control are particularly important for disease control. As an important magic weapon to control infectious disease, vaccine also affects the effect of disease prevention and control seriously, such as immunization time, immune dose, injection route and object, feeding and management details, etc. Especially the virus disease represented by canine distemper has sporadic failure in local area before and after vaccination in summer, and there are many immune problems in this disease.
