肉雞生產鏈中腸炎沙門氏菌耐藥性分析及ERIC-PCR分型

【摘要】:目的:了解肉雞生產鏈中腸炎沙門氏菌耐藥性情況以及各生產環(huán)節(jié)菌株間親緣關系,為臨床用藥及菌株追蹤溯源提供依據(jù)。方法:采用微量肉湯稀釋法對171株腸炎沙門氏菌進行13種抗菌藥物藥敏實驗;采用腸桿菌基因間重復共有序列-聚合酶鏈式反應(enterobacterial repetitive intergenic consensus-polymerase chain reaction,ERIC-PCR)法對33株不同生產環(huán)節(jié)耐藥菌株進行分子分型;采用SPSS 20.0軟件、Gel-Pro Analyer 4.0和NTSYS pc 2.1軟件進行分析。結果:171株腸炎沙門氏菌對13種藥物耐藥情況不同,其中對氨芐西林耐藥情況最嚴重,耐藥率高達90.06%,對恩諾沙星、氧氟沙星最為敏感,耐藥率均僅為5.26%;不同環(huán)節(jié)間耐藥性差異極顯著(P0.01);多重耐藥率高達95.32%,共有26種耐藥譜型。不同環(huán)節(jié)的33株腸炎沙門氏菌分為4種(Ⅰ~Ⅳ)基因型,遺傳相似性在66%~100%,Ⅰ型為優(yōu)勢基因型;基因型相同的菌株耐藥譜不一定相同,反之,耐藥譜相同的菌株基因型不一定相同。結論:肉雞生產鏈條中沙門氏菌對多種抗菌藥物產生耐藥性,且耐藥譜種類繁多;沙門氏菌能夠沿著生產鏈進行水平傳播,肉雞場環(huán)節(jié)菌株基因型相對復雜,菌株基因型與耐藥表型之間無明顯相關性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the drug resistance of Salmonella enteritidis in the production chain of broilers and the relationship between strains in each production link, and to provide evidence for clinical use of drugs and tracing the origin of the strains. Methods: a total of 171 strains of Salmonella enteritidis were tested for antimicrobial susceptibility by broth dilution method. Enterobacterial repetitive intergenic consensus-polymerase chain reactionation ERIC-PCR method was used to type 33 drug-resistant strains in different production links, and SPSS 20.0 software, Gel-Pro Analyer 4.0 and NTSYS PC 2.1 software were used to analyze them. Results among 171 strains of Salmonella enteritidis, the resistance to ampicillin was the most serious, the resistance rate was as high as 90.06, and was most sensitive to enrofloxacin and ofloxacin.
