磷酸脲添加量對(duì)羔羊生長(zhǎng)性能、屠宰性能和肉品質(zhì)的影響

【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)旨在研究磷酸脲添加量對(duì)羔羊生長(zhǎng)性能、屠宰性能和肉品質(zhì)的影響,并對(duì)磷酸脲在肉羊生產(chǎn)中的安全使用劑量進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。試驗(yàn)選用80只杜寒雜交F1代平均體重(25.86±1.06)kg的公羔羊,隨機(jī)分為5組,每組8個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)2只,在精粗比為1∶1的飼糧中分別以0(對(duì)照)、0.5%、1%、2%、4%的磷酸脲替代部分豆粕類飼料。預(yù)試期為12 d,正試期為60 d。結(jié)果表明:1%組的羔羊在各時(shí)期平均日增重、宰前活重、胴體重、屠宰率均達(dá)到最高值;4%組的羔羊在各時(shí)期平均日增重、宰前活重、胴體重均極顯著低于其他各組(P0.01);與對(duì)照組相比,磷酸脲添加量對(duì)肉色紅度值、p H、滴水損失無(wú)顯著影響(P0.05);2%組的黃度值顯著高于其他各組(P0.05);在剪切力方面,1%組(5.16 kg/cm2)顯著高于0.5%組(4.47 kg/cm2)、4%組(3.69 kg/cm2)和對(duì)照組(4.21 kg/cm2)(P0.05)。結(jié)果提示:磷酸脲可以作為氮磷添加劑用于肉羊飼糧中。羔羊飼糧中的磷酸脲添加量為1%時(shí),羔羊達(dá)到最佳生長(zhǎng)性能和屠宰性能;當(dāng)磷酸脲替代比例達(dá)到4%時(shí),極顯著降低羔羊的平均日增重、胴體重,增加肌肉的亮度值;當(dāng)磷酸脲替代比例為2%時(shí),為有效安全水平,對(duì)羔羊生長(zhǎng)性能、屠宰性能和肉品質(zhì)除肌肉黃度值外無(wú)顯著影響。因此,飼糧中磷酸脲適宜添加量為1%。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of urea phosphate addition on the growth performance, slaughter performance and meat quality of lambs, and to evaluate the safe dosage of urea phosphate in meat sheep production. 80 male lambs with average body weight of 25.86 鹵1.06)kg were randomly divided into 5 groups, 8 replicates in each group and 2 lambs in each group. In the diet with the ratio of precision to crude at 1:1, some soybean meal feeds were replaced with 0 (control group, 0.5%) and 2% urea phosphate (2%). The pre-test period was 12 days and the positive test period was 60 days. The results showed that the average daily gain, carcass weight, carcass weight and slaughter rate of the lambs in the 1% group reached the highest value in each period, and the average daily gain and the live weight before slaughter of the lambs in the 4% group reached the highest value in each period. The carcass weight was significantly lower than that in other groups (P 0.01), and was significantly lower than that in the control group. There was no significant effect of urea phosphate addition on the red value of meat and the loss of drip water. The yellowness of P0.05% group was significantly higher than that of other groups, but the shear stress of 1% group was significantly higher than that of 0.5% group (3.69 kg / cm 2) and the control group was 4.21 kg 路cm 2 路cm 2 (P < 0.05), but the shear stress of 1% group was significantly higher than that of 0.5% group (3.69 kg / cm 2) and that of the control group was 4.21 kg 路cm ~ (2) 路cm ~ (2). The results suggest that urea phosphate can be used as nitrogen and phosphorus additive in diet of meat sheep. When the feed amount of urea phosphate was 1, the lambs reached the best growth performance and slaughtering performance, and when the substitution ratio of urea phosphate reached 4, the average daily gain, carcass weight and muscle brightness value of the lambs were significantly decreased. When the substitution ratio of urea phosphate was 2, there was no significant effect on lamb growth performance, slaughter performance and meat quality except muscle yellowness. Therefore, the appropriate amount of urea phosphate in diet is 1%.
