貝加爾針茅草甸草原主要植物與功能群的葉片性狀對增氮增雨的響應

【摘要】:全球變化會對陸地生態(tài)系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生深刻的影響。草地植物作為生態(tài)系統(tǒng)初級生產(chǎn)力的主體,對全球變化的響應決定了草地生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的結構和功能以及未來的發(fā)展狀態(tài),并對生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的服務功能有一定的影響。植物功能性狀有很強的可塑性,它能夠隨環(huán)境的改變而發(fā)生變化,所以其對全球變化具有極其重要的指示作用。本實驗以中國東北貝加爾針茅草甸草原為研究對象,通過模擬氮沉降和增加降水,研究了幾種常見植物葉片功能性狀和功能群葉片性狀的變化,以及功能群葉片性狀與群落的蓋度、密度、生物量之間的相關關系。主要結論如下:(1)在物種水平上,阿爾泰狗娃花的葉片性狀可塑性最高,其次是羊草、貝加爾針茅;在功能群水平上,禾草功能群對增氮的敏感性最高,雜類草功能群對增水的敏感性最高。(2)在不同增氮增雨處理下,不同植物功能群葉片性狀之間的相關關系基本表現(xiàn)出一致的變化規(guī)律。(3)植物群落特征的三個指標中蓋度與主要植物葉片性狀之間的相關性最大,密度與葉片性狀之間的相關性最小。(4)土壤N含量與各功能群的葉片性狀之間的相關性最大,土壤p H和土壤C含量與葉片性狀之間的相關性較小。(5)綜上分析認為,貝加爾針茅草甸草原中阿爾泰狗娃花,禾草功能群對增氮增雨具有較好的指示作用。
[Abstract]:Global change has profound implications for terrestrial ecosystems. Grassland plants as the main body of primary productivity of ecosystem, the response to global change determines the structure and function of grassland ecosystem and the future development state, and has certain influence on ecosystem service function. Plant functional traits have strong plasticity, which can change with the change of environment, so it is very important to indicate the global change. In this experiment, the changes of leaf functional characters and functional group leaf traits of several common plants were studied by simulating nitrogen deposition and increasing precipitation in the steppe of Stipa baicalensis meadow in northeast China. And the correlation between leaf traits of functional groups and community coverage density and biomass. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) at the species level, the leaf character plasticity of Altaidae was the highest, followed by Leymus chinensis and Stipa Baikal, and at the functional group level, the grass functional group had the highest sensitivity to nitrogen increase. The sensitivity of the functional group of hybrid grass to increasing water was the highest. 2) under different nitrogen and rain increasing treatments, The correlation between leaf traits of different plant functional groups showed the same variation law. 3) the correlation between coverage and main plant leaf traits was the highest among the three indexes of plant community characteristics. The correlation between soil N content and leaf characters of functional groups was the highest, and the correlation between soil pH and soil C content was smaller than that between leaf traits. The functional groups of Altay and grass in the meadow of Stipa baicalensis have a good indicative effect on nitrogen and rain.
