荷斯坦奶牛乳汁SCC與肝功酶、抗氧化及酮體的關(guān)系

【摘要】:奶牛乳汁中體細(xì)胞計數(shù)(SCC)不僅是檢驗乳汁質(zhì)量的重要指標(biāo),也是監(jiān)控乳房炎的重要手段,同時也是衡量奶牛健康狀況的重要參數(shù)。本課題對廣西某奶牛場的荷斯坦奶牛的產(chǎn)奶量及奶牛乳汁SCC進(jìn)行檢測,分析奶牛乳汁SCC的現(xiàn)狀,與此同時,檢測被檢奶牛血漿肝功酶(AST、ALT、GGT)、乳清抗氧化指標(biāo)(MDA、TAC)和乳清酮體水平,并分析奶牛乳汁SCC與肝功酶、抗氧化、酮體的相關(guān)性。(一)廣西南寧地區(qū)某奶牛場乳汁體細(xì)胞調(diào)查荷斯坦奶牛,2014年7~10月份,隨機(jī)采樣,共425頭測定其乳汁SCC含量,記錄產(chǎn)奶量,分析乳汁SCC與產(chǎn)奶量之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果:廣西地區(qū)某奶牛場乳汁SCC的總體均值為54.08±131.99×104/mL,其中奶牛個體乳汁SCC小于等于20×104個/mL的奶樣占被檢總數(shù)的70.35%,小于50×104個/mL的占被檢總數(shù)的80.45%,大于100×104個/mL的占被檢總數(shù)的13.100%。該牛群產(chǎn)奶量從5、6月份開始下降,每年的6、7、8、9、10月份產(chǎn)奶量較低,處于均值以下。(二)乳汁SCC與肝功酶、酮體、抗氧化的關(guān)系研究本實驗采用南寧地區(qū)某規(guī);B(yǎng)殖場,跟蹤18頭處于圍產(chǎn)期的奶牛作為實驗動物測定SCC、肝功酶、抗氧化能力、酮體相關(guān)指標(biāo)。首先排除影響實驗結(jié)果的個體動物,即酮病牛4頭,使用水楊醛比色法測定實驗動物血酮,高于1Omg/dL即剔除(試驗期間某周血漿酮體含量一次或多次性超過限定值)。按試驗過程中乳汁體細(xì)胞數(shù)大于50×104個/mL為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)將剩余14頭實驗牛分為7頭高體細(xì)胞組和7頭低體細(xì)胞組。結(jié)果顯示:高體細(xì)胞組和低體細(xì)胞組肝功酶ALT、AST活性處在正常范圍內(nèi),相關(guān)性不顯著(P0.05)。低體細(xì)胞組中,肝功酶ALT與GGT差異顯著(P0.05)。高體細(xì)胞組GGT活性大于低體細(xì)胞組,組間GGT差異顯著(P0.05),高乳汁體細(xì)胞可能是導(dǎo)致肝功酶GGT活性上升的原因。乳汁SCC與抗氧化有一定的關(guān)系,高體細(xì)胞組乳汁SCC與M-MDA呈極顯著負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.468,P0.01)。乳汁SCC與血酮、乳酮相關(guān)性不顯著(P0.05),乳汁酮體與血漿酮體呈極顯著正相關(guān)(r=0.508,P0.01)。
[Abstract]:The count of body cells in milk is not only an important index to test milk quality, but also an important means to monitor mastitis, and also an important parameter to measure the health status of dairy cows. In this paper, the milk yield and milk SCC of Holstein cows in a dairy farm in Guangxi were tested, and the present situation of milk SCC was analyzed. At the same time, the plasma liver function enzyme (ASTTAC), the antioxidant index of whey (MDATAC) and the level of whey ketone body were detected. The correlation between SCC and liver enzymes, antioxidants and ketones in milk of dairy cows was analyzed. (1) A survey of milk somatic cells in a dairy farm in Nanning, Guangxi. A total of 425 milk samples were randomly sampled in July and October 2014. The milk SCC content was measured, the milk yield was recorded, and the relationship between milk SCC and milk yield was analyzed. Results: the average value of SCC in a dairy farm in Guangxi was 54.08 鹵131.99 脳 10 ~ 4 / mL. Milk samples with SCC less than 20 脳 10 ~ 4 / mL accounted for 70.35% of the total tested milk samples, 80.45% of the total milk samples were less than 50 脳 10 ~ (4) / mL / mL, and 13.100% of the total milk samples were more than 100 脳 10 ~ (4) / mL. The milk production of the herd began to decrease from May to June, and the milk production in October was lower than the average. (2) study on the relationship between milk SCC and liver enzyme, ketone body, antioxidation. In this experiment, 18 cows in perinatal period were followed up in a large scale farm in Nanning area to determine the relative indexes of SCC, liver function enzyme, antioxidant ability and ketone body. At first, four individual animals, that is, ketosis cattle, were excluded, and blood ketones of experimental animals were determined by salicylic aldehyde colorimetry, which was higher than that of 1Omg/dL (plasma ketone content once or several times exceeded the limited value during a week during the experiment). The remaining 14 cows were divided into 7 high somatic cells group and 7 low somatic cells group according to the standard of milk somatic cell number more than 50 脳 104 / mL. The results showed that the activity of alt AST in high somatic group and low somatic group was in the normal range, and the correlation was not significant (P 0.05). In the low somatic group, the difference of liver function enzyme ALT and GGT was significant (P 0.05). The activity of GGT in high somatic cell group was higher than that in low somatic cell group, and the difference of GGT between groups was significant (P 0.05). High milk somatic cells might be the cause of the increase of GGT activity of liver function. There was a certain relationship between milk SCC and antioxidant activity. In high somatic group, there was a significant negative correlation between SCC and M-MDA. There was no significant correlation between milk SCC and blood ketone, and there was no significant correlation between milk ketone body and plasma ketone body (P 0.05), but there was a very significant positive correlation between milk ketone body and plasma ketone body.
