【摘要】:本試驗研究光源和光照強(qiáng)度對生長到較大體重的肉雞(3.0 kg)的生產(chǎn)性能、胴體性狀和福利指數(shù)的影響。試驗設(shè)4個處理,每個處理設(shè)2個重復(fù)。960羽Ross×Ross 708肉仔雞分入16個相對濕度為50%的雞欄(30羽公雞/30羽母雞/欄)。試驗按4×2因子設(shè)計,分別為4種光源[白熾燈(Incandescent,ICD,標(biāo)準(zhǔn))、節(jié)能燈(Compact Fluorescent,CFL)、中性發(fā)光二極管(Neutral Light Emitting Diobe,中性-LED)、冷光家禽專用過濾LED(Cool Poultry Specific Filtered LED,Cool-PSF-LED)]和2種光照強(qiáng)度(5 Lux和20 Lux)。4中光源分別與2種光照強(qiáng)度一一組合,研究它們之間的互作效應(yīng)。試驗肉雞在4個階段(育雛期、育成期、育肥期和出售期)飼喂相同的日糧。自由采食和自由飲水。在第1、14、21、28、42及56天稱重和稱料,以統(tǒng)計生長性能。每日記錄死淘率、料肉比,以利用死淘率進(jìn)行矯正。在試驗的第28和35天測定免疫應(yīng)答反應(yīng)相關(guān)指標(biāo),其他福利指數(shù)的相關(guān)指標(biāo)于試驗的第42天和第49天測定。試驗第56天,每個雞欄取20羽雞(10羽公雞和10羽母雞)進(jìn)行屠宰,測定重量及胴體指標(biāo)。結(jié)果表明,PSFLED組試驗肉雞的體重(Body Weight,BW)、增重、活重和屠體重與ICD組差異顯著(P≤0.05)。然而,采食量(Feed Intake,FI)、飼料轉(zhuǎn)化率(Feed Conversion Ratio,FCR)及死淘率在各處理間差異不顯著。各處理的試驗肉雞在脂肪或胸肌和較嫩的胸肌重量及胴體重上差異不顯著。另外,處理對視覺發(fā)育、免疫應(yīng)答反應(yīng)及其他福利指沒有影響,這說明光源對生長至較大體重的肉雞的動物福利沒有明顯影響。本試驗得出,本試驗測試的三種光源可以替代在家禽生產(chǎn)中常用的白熾燈,以減少能源的消耗,提高生產(chǎn)效率。
[Abstract]:The effects of light source and light intensity on the performance, carcass traits and welfare index of broilers growing to larger body weight were studied. The experiment was conducted with 4 treatments. Each treatment consisted of 2 replicates of Ross 脳 Ross 708 broilers, which were divided into 16 broilers with relative humidity of 50% and 30 hens / hens.
