【摘要】：肉雞是世界上主要的肉類消費(fèi)品之一,也是人們在生活中的重要食物來源,因?yàn)槠洚a(chǎn)品種類多、味道鮮美的特點(diǎn)越來越受到消費(fèi)者青睞。目前我國與美國、巴西、泰國并稱為四大雞肉出口國。榆樹市是我國的最大產(chǎn)糧大縣,也是東北地區(qū)最典型的玉米優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)區(qū),玉米資源豐富,為肉雞產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了豐富原料資源,肉雞產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展不僅僅能帶動榆樹市經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展同時(shí),對于吉林省振興農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)和增加農(nóng)民收入有著重要意義。本論文首先查閱了大量有關(guān)肉雞產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展研究的國內(nèi)外資料,對肉雞國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀做出了分析、整理與闡述,結(jié)合資料分析和實(shí)際調(diào)研,確定了研究目標(biāo)和肉雞產(chǎn)業(yè)研究技術(shù)路線,分析了榆樹市肉雞產(chǎn)業(yè)養(yǎng)殖、加工和流通的現(xiàn)狀。在此基礎(chǔ)上運(yùn)用SWOT分析法,分析了榆樹市肉雞產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展具有地理位置優(yōu)勢、資源優(yōu)勢、龍頭企業(yè)優(yōu)勢、金融銀行支持優(yōu)勢等,榆樹市肉雞產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的劣勢也比較明顯,主要表現(xiàn)在肉雞產(chǎn)品安全性差,缺乏特色產(chǎn)品;養(yǎng)殖人員文化素質(zhì)較低,科學(xué)養(yǎng)殖管理制度不健全;產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈缺失,加工增值滯后;產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式相對單一;標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化規(guī)模養(yǎng)殖設(shè)備和技術(shù)落后等,榆樹市肉雞產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的機(jī)會表現(xiàn)為潛在的消費(fèi)市場和產(chǎn)業(yè)政策的傾斜;同時(shí)榆樹市肉雞產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展也面臨著養(yǎng)殖疫病頻發(fā)、污染嚴(yán)重,不利于肉雞產(chǎn)業(yè)長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展和國內(nèi)其他省市肉雞產(chǎn)品競爭的威脅。綜上所述,從政府扶持角度、保護(hù)環(huán)境角度、新型模式角度、行業(yè)協(xié)會角度和人才培養(yǎng)角度提出推進(jìn)榆樹市肉雞產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的對策和建議。
[Abstract]:Broiler is one of the main meat consumer goods in the world, and it is also an important food source in people's life. Because of its variety of products and delicious taste, it is more and more popular among consumers. At present, China and the United States, Brazil, Thailand is known as the four largest chicken exporters. Yushu City is the largest grain producing county in China and the most typical corn producing area in Northeast China. The rich corn resources provide rich raw material resources for the development of broiler industry. The development of broiler industry not only can promote the economic development of Yushu City, but also has great significance for the revitalization of agricultural economy and the increase of farmers' income in Jilin Province. This paper first consulted a large number of domestic and foreign data on the development of broiler industry, made an analysis of the domestic and foreign broiler research status, collated and elaborated, combined with data analysis and practical research. The research goal and technical route of broiler industry were determined, and the current situation of breeding, processing and circulation of broiler industry in Yushu City was analyzed. On the basis of SWOT analysis, the paper analyzed that the development of broiler industry in Yushu city had the advantage of geographical location, resource advantage, leading enterprise advantage, financial bank support advantage and so on, and the inferiority of Yushu broiler industry development was also obvious. The main manifestations are poor safety of broiler products, lack of characteristic products, low cultural quality of breeders, imperfect management system of scientific breeding, lack of industrial chain, lagging of processing increment, relatively simple industrial development model; The opportunities for the development of the broiler industry in Yushu City are reflected in the potential consumer market and the tilt of industrial policies. At the same time, the development of the broiler industry in Yushu City is also faced with frequent outbreaks of breeding blight and serious pollution. It is not conducive to the long-term development of broiler industry and the threat of competition in other provinces and cities. To sum up, from the angle of government support, environmental protection, new model, trade association and talent training, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of chicken industry in Yushu city.
