青年伊犁馬不同訓(xùn)練階段血液生化指標(biāo)變化研究

【摘要】:【目的】分析不同訓(xùn)練階段血液生化指標(biāo)的變化規(guī)律,研究調(diào)教訓(xùn)練方案的可行性,為青年伊犁馬的調(diào)教訓(xùn)練提供數(shù)據(jù)參考!痉椒ā客ㄟ^對(duì)8匹青年伊犁馬制定坡道訓(xùn)練與間歇訓(xùn)練相結(jié)合的專項(xiàng)訓(xùn)練方案,進(jìn)行為期6周的調(diào)教訓(xùn)練,分別于訓(xùn)練第0周、第2周、第4周、第6周檢測血漿中谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶(ALT)、谷草轉(zhuǎn)氨酶(AST)、谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶/谷草轉(zhuǎn)氨酶(ALT/AST),肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脫氫酶(LDH)、肌酐(CREA)、甘油三酯(TG)、總蛋白(TP)、尿酸(UA)、乳酸(LAC)、鈣離子(Ca~(2+))、磷離子(P~+)12項(xiàng)血液生化指標(biāo),對(duì)其進(jìn)行方差分析,并對(duì)比不同訓(xùn)練階段的變化規(guī)律!窘Y(jié)果】賽前ALT和ALT/AST訓(xùn)練第4周顯著高于訓(xùn)練前(P0.05),TG和Ca~(2+)濃度訓(xùn)練第6周顯著低于訓(xùn)練前(P0.05);賽后即刻ALT、ALT/AST和CREA訓(xùn)練第4周極顯著高于訓(xùn)練前(P0.01),LAC濃度訓(xùn)練第6周顯著高于訓(xùn)練前,Ca~(2+)濃度訓(xùn)練第6周顯著低于訓(xùn)練前(P0.05)。【結(jié)論】調(diào)教訓(xùn)練方案對(duì)試驗(yàn)馬匹產(chǎn)生了積極作用,其無氧代謝能力增強(qiáng)。調(diào)教訓(xùn)練方案可作為馬匹調(diào)教訓(xùn)練的參考方案。
[Abstract]:[objective] to analyze the changes of blood biochemical indexes in different training stages, and to study the feasibility of training program. [methods] eight young Yili horses were given a special training program combining ramp training and intermittent training, which lasted for 6 weeks, and the training was carried out in the 0 th week, respectively, by providing data reference for the training of young Yili horses. Week 2, week 4, Plasma alanine aminotransferase (alt), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase / alanine aminotransferase (alt), creatine kinase (CK), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatinine (creatinine), triglyceride (TGG), total protein (TPTP), uric acid (UAA), lactic acid (lactic acid), calcium ion (Cam), phosphorus ion (P ~) were detected at the 6th week. 12 blood biochemical indexes, Analysis of variance, [results] the concentration of ALT and ALT/AST in the 4th week of pre-competition training was significantly higher than that of pre-training P0.05 / TG and Ca~(2) in the sixth week of training was significantly lower than that in pre-training P0.05, and immediately after the competition, alt / alt and CREA training in the 4th week were extremely significant. The concentration of P0.01ALAC was significantly higher in the 6th week than that in the pre-training period. [conclusion] the training program had a positive effect on the experimental horses, and the concentration was significantly lower at the 6th week than that before the training. The ability of anaerobic metabolism was enhanced. The training scheme can be used as a reference scheme for horse training.
