【摘要】：研究大雁、斑頭雁和天鵝源沙門菌的耐藥性及其耐藥基因的攜帶情況。采用K-B紙片法對33株大雁、斑頭雁和天鵝源沙門菌進行20種抗菌藥物敏感性測定,應用PCR對12種耐藥基因的攜帶情況進行檢測。結(jié)果表明,33株沙門菌分離株對阿莫西林、萘啶酸耐藥性最高,分別為93.94%、87.88%,對氨芐西林(54.55%)、四環(huán)素(48.49%)、多西環(huán)素(48.49%)、卡那霉素(60.61%)、慶大霉素(48.49%)、鏈霉素(66.67%)耐藥性比較嚴重,對氧氟沙星、培氟沙星、諾氟沙星敏感。共檢測到9種耐藥基因,其中blaCMY-2陽性率為87.88%,qnr、aac(6′)-Ib-cr陽性率分別為17.24%、86.21%,tetA、tetB陽性率分別為45%、20%,aph(3)Ⅱ、aac(3)Ⅱ、aadA1陽性率分別為100%、10%、20%,sul2陽性率為100%,未檢出blaTEM-1、tetC、tetG基因。說明大雁、斑頭雁和天鵝源沙門菌嚴重耐藥,且攜帶多種耐藥基因。
[Abstract]:To study the drug resistance and drug resistance of Salmonella spp. K-B disk method was used to detect the sensitivity of 20 antimicrobial agents to 33 strains of wild geese, wild goose and Salmonella swan, and PCR was used to detect the carrying of 12 drug resistant genes. The results showed that 33 strains of salmonella had the highest resistance to amoxicillin and nalididinic acid, which were 93.9447.88, 54.5550, 48.49cm, 48.49m, 48.49m, 60.61m, 48.49m, 48.49m, 48.49m, 48.49m, 48.49m, 48.49m, 48.49m, 48.49m, 48.49m, 66.67%, respectively, to ampicillin, to ofloxacin, and to ofloxacin. Pefloxacin is sensitive to norfloxacin. A total of 9 resistant genes were detected, of which the positive rate of blaCMY-2 was 87.88 and the positive rate of blaCMY-2 was 17.2446.21 and 86.21, respectively. The positive rate of blaCMY-2 was 450.The positive rate of aadA1 was 100%. The positive rate of blaTEM-1tetCtetG was not detected. The results showed that wild goose, wild goose and swan source Salmonella were highly resistant to drugs and carried many drug resistance genes.
