【摘要】：收集北京地區(qū)2015~2016年寵物醫(yī)院的部分寵物犬腫瘤病例56例,采用組織病理學(xué)方法進(jìn)行病理診斷,并對(duì)患病動(dòng)物的品種、發(fā)生部位、年齡和性別與腫瘤發(fā)生關(guān)系進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),56個(gè)病例中有44例確診為腫瘤,其中良性腫瘤21例,包括肛周腺瘤、皮脂腺瘤和肥大細(xì)胞瘤等;惡性腫瘤23例,包括乳腺癌、鱗狀上皮細(xì)胞癌和肛周腺癌等。本次采集的病例中,大型犬與小型犬發(fā)病率持平,皮膚、肛周與乳腺部位腫瘤的發(fā)生率較高;7歲以后是腫瘤高發(fā)期;雌性犬皮膚和乳腺腫瘤的患病率高于雄性,雄性寵物犬肛周腺腫瘤的發(fā)生率高于雌性,腫瘤總患病率雄性與雌性持平。本研究為今后寵物犬腫瘤的流行病學(xué)及診斷提供了新的參考資料。
[Abstract]:A total of 56 cases of canine tumor in Beijing from 2015 to 2016 were collected. The histopathological method was used to diagnose the disease. The relationship among the species, location, age and sex of the diseased animal was analyzed statistically. The results showed that 44 of 56 cases were diagnosed as tumors, including 21 benign tumors, including perianal adenoma, sebaceous adenoma and mast cell tumor, and 23 malignant tumors, including breast cancer, squamous cell carcinoma and perianal adenocarcinoma. The incidence of skin, perianal and breast tumors was higher in large dogs than in small dogs. The incidence of skin and breast tumors in female dogs was higher than that in males. The incidence of perianal gland tumor in male pet dogs was higher than that in female. This study provides a new reference for the epidemiology and diagnosis of dog tumors in the future.
