割草機(jī)切割壓扁裝置運(yùn)行參數(shù)優(yōu)化與試驗(yàn)

【摘要】:為了降低收獲過程中的牧草損失,選擇最佳的割草壓扁機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù),對(duì)割草壓扁機(jī)割刀轉(zhuǎn)速和壓扁輥轉(zhuǎn)速及其匹配對(duì)苜蓿收獲質(zhì)量的影響進(jìn)行了研究。利用ADAMS軟件對(duì)割臺(tái)和植株進(jìn)行了虛擬樣機(jī)建模,并利用模型進(jìn)行了苜蓿植株的切割喂入試驗(yàn),通過收獲過程中割刀與植株平均接觸力、壓扁輥與植株平均接觸力、輸送時(shí)間等仿真數(shù)據(jù),擬合其隨割刀轉(zhuǎn)速和壓扁輥轉(zhuǎn)速的變化趨勢(shì)和方程,定義了評(píng)判割草機(jī)對(duì)植株破壞程度的碎草系數(shù)并建立了模型。根據(jù)碎草系數(shù)模型,當(dāng)割刀轉(zhuǎn)速ng=1 875 r/min,壓扁輥轉(zhuǎn)速ny=749 r/min時(shí),割草壓扁機(jī)對(duì)苜蓿植株的破壞最小。利用田間試驗(yàn)對(duì)碎草系數(shù)與實(shí)際碎草率的相關(guān)關(guān)系進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,兩者的決定系數(shù)R2=0.958 76。通過碎草系數(shù)預(yù)測(cè)的最低碎草率約為8.38%,比原始樣機(jī)減少了3.97個(gè)百分點(diǎn),由此可使鮮苜蓿增收約0.47 t/hm2,比原始樣機(jī)產(chǎn)量提高了4.53%。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the loss of forage in the harvesting process, the optimum design parameters of the mower flattening machine were selected, and the effects of cutting speed, flattening roll speed and their matching on the harvest quality of alfalfa were studied. The virtual prototyping model of cutting table and plant was established by ADAMS software, and the cutting and feeding experiment of alfalfa plant was carried out with the model. The average contact force between cutter and plant and the average contact force between flattening roller and plant were obtained by means of the average contact force between cutter and plant during harvest. The simulation data such as conveying time were used to fit the changing trend and equation with the rotation speed of cutter and flattening roll. The breaking coefficient of grass was defined and a model was established to judge the damage degree of grass mower to plant. According to the model of shredding coefficient, when the speed of cutter is ng=1 875 rmin and the speed of flattening roll is ny=749 r/min, the damage to alfalfa plant is minimum. A field experiment was conducted to verify the correlation between the breaking coefficient of grass and the actual sloppiness. The determining coefficient of the two factors was R20.958 / 76. The lowest crashing rate predicted by the coefficient of grass shredding is about 8.38 percent, which is 3.97 percent less than the original prototype. As a result, the fresh alfalfa revenue can be increased by about 0.47 t / hm ~ (2), and the yield of alfalfa is increased by 4.53 percent as compared with the original prototype.
