大豆皮替代飼糧中稻草對波雜山羊生長性能、營養(yǎng)成分消化率和血液生化指標的影響

【摘要】:本試驗旨在研究大豆皮替代飼糧中稻草對波雜山羊生長性能、營養(yǎng)成分表觀消化率和血液生化指標的影響。選取28只體重為(18.51±0.47)kg的健康波雜公山羊,采用完全隨機化設計分為4個試驗組,每組7只,每個試驗組飼糧中大豆皮替代稻草的水平分別為0%、33%、67%、100%。預試期7 d,正試期49 d。結果表明:試驗前期0~15 d、后期31~45 d和全期平均日采食量差異極顯著(P0.01),其中33%替代組最高,100%替代組最低;耗料增重比隨大豆皮替代飼料中稻草水平的提高顯著降低(P=0.020),其中67%替代組耗料增重比最低;0~45 d,干物質、總能、中性洗滌纖維和酸性洗滌纖維的表觀消化率差異極顯著(P0.01),并且67%替代組中各營養(yǎng)成分消化率最高;粗蛋白消化率的組間差異不顯著(P0.05);育肥羊血液生化指標均在正常值范圍內,各試驗組之間的差異均不顯著(P0.05)。綜上所述,大豆皮替代飼糧中33%和67%稻草可以提高波雜山羊的生長性能和營養(yǎng)成分表觀消化率,并且對血液生化指標沒有負面影響。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of rice straw on growth performance, apparent digestibility and blood biochemical index of Boza goats. 28 healthy Boza male goats with weight of 18.51 鹵0.47)kg were divided into 4 groups, 7 in each group, by a completely randomized design. The level of replacing rice straw with soybean skin in diet of each trial group was 0 ~ 33336767 and 100, respectively. The pretest period was 7 days and the current test period was 49 days. The results showed that there were significant differences in the average daily feed intake between 0 ~ 15 days, 31 ~ 45 days and the whole period in the early stage of the experiment, among which 33% substitution group was the highest and 100% substitution group was the lowest. With the increase of rice straw level in soybean husk substitute feed, the ratio of feed consumption to weight gain decreased significantly with the increase of rice straw level in soybean husk, and the weight gain ratio of 67% substitution group was the lowest at 0 ~ 45 days, dry matter, total energy, dry matter, total energy, The apparent digestibility of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber was significantly different, and the digestibility of nutrition components was the highest in 67% substitute group, the difference of crude protein digestibility between groups was not significant (P 0.05), and the biochemical indexes of blood of fattening sheep were within the normal range. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). In conclusion, 33% and 67% straw in diet replaced by soybean skin could improve the growth performance and apparent digestibility of nutritional components of Boza goats, and had no negative effect on blood biochemical indexes.
