【摘要】：選擇20日齡斷奶小尾寒羊公羔12只(平均體重5.57±0.36千克),隨機(jī)分為對照和試驗兩組(每組n=6)。在自由采食相同飼糧條件下,試驗組喂給磁化水,對照組喂給普通水。在95~110和215~230日齡分別進(jìn)行二次消化代謝試驗,并在240日齡進(jìn)行屠宰性能測定,以研究飲用磁化水對羔羊生長和消化代謝的影響。結(jié)果表明,羔羊飲用磁化水在95~110日齡干物質(zhì)自由采食量、干物質(zhì)、有機(jī)物、粗蛋白、纖維素、半纖維素、鈣、磷的(表觀)消化率分別提高25.5%、15.2%、14.4%(P0.05)、13.5%(P0.05)、66.3%(P0.05)、52.3%(P0.05)、16.4%(P0.05)和1.3%,在215~230日齡分別提高15.3%、29.4%(P0.05)、25.1%(P0.05)、23.7%(P0.05)、75.2%(P0.05)、52.0%(P0.05)、26.1%(P0.05)和31.7%(P0.05)。飲用磁化水羔羊220天平均日增重提高47.6%(P0.01)。飲用磁化水羔羊的屠宰活體重、胴體重、胴體凈肉率、胴體瘦肉重比對照組分別提高40.8%(P0.01)、52.4%(P0.01)、8.8%(P0.01)和66.2%(P0.01)。由本試驗得出結(jié)論,飲用磁化水可提高羔羊飼糧消化率和日增重,改善羔羊的屠宰性能。
[Abstract]:Twelve male lambs (mean body weight 5.57 鹵0.36 kg / kg) were randomly divided into control group and trial group (n = 6). The experimental group was fed magnetized water and the control group was fed with common water under the condition of free feeding on the same diet.
