石羊河中下游不同退耕年限次生草地土壤無(wú)機(jī)氮、酶及微生物量冬季動(dòng)態(tài)研究

【摘要】:為研究石羊河中下游退耕區(qū)次生草地冬季土壤肥力狀況和微生物機(jī)制,測(cè)定并分析了石羊河中下游不同退耕年限和不同土層深度土壤無(wú)機(jī)氮(硝態(tài)氮、銨態(tài)氮)、酶活性(過(guò)氧化氫酶、脲酶、磷酸酶及蔗糖酶)及微生物生物量冬季動(dòng)態(tài)變化。結(jié)果表明,研究區(qū)各土層(0~10,10~20,20~30,30~40cm)土壤銨態(tài)氮與硝態(tài)氮隨退耕年限不同逐年遞增;除30~40cm土層外,各土層土壤微生物量碳在退耕較短年限內(nèi)(1~5a)總體逐年遞減,而在退耕較長(zhǎng)年限內(nèi)(8~31a)逐年遞增;土壤微生物量氮隨恢復(fù)年限呈先下降(1~4a)、后穩(wěn)定(4~15a)再上升(15~31a)的趨勢(shì);各土層土壤微生物量磷則呈先上升,后下降,再上升的趨勢(shì);不同退耕年限間土壤過(guò)氧化氫酶活性差異不顯著,脲酶、磷酸酶及蔗糖酶活性差異顯著(P0.05),土壤酶活性總體隨土層加深而降低。本試驗(yàn)為石羊河流域的植被恢復(fù)、土壤改良和科學(xué)管理提供了科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the soil fertility and microbial mechanism of secondary grassland in the middle and lower reaches of Shiyang River in winter, the soil inorganic nitrogen (nitrate nitrogen) was measured and analyzed in different returning years and different soil depths of Shiyang River in the middle and lower reaches of Shiyang River. The dynamic changes of ammonium nitrogen, enzyme activity (catalase, urease, phosphatase and sucrase) and microbial biomass in winter. The results showed that the soil ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen increased year by year, except for 30~40cm soil layer, the soil microbial biomass carbon decreased year by year in a short period of time, except for 30~40cm soil layer, soil ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen increased year by year, except for 30~40cm soil layer, the soil ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen increased year by year, with the exception of 30~40cm soil layer, the soil microbial biomass carbon in each soil layer decreased year by year. The soil microbial biomass nitrogen (microbial biomass nitrogen) decreased firstly with the restoration years, then stabilized at 4 ~ 15 a) and then increased to 15 ~ 31a), and the soil microbial biomass phosphorus increased first, then decreased, and then increased. There was no significant difference in soil catalase activity among different returning years, but the difference of urease, phosphatase and sucrase activity was significant (P0.05), and the soil enzyme activity decreased with the deepening of soil layer. This experiment provides scientific basis for vegetation restoration, soil improvement and scientific management in Shiyang River Basin.
