【摘要】：為了解貴州省仔豬腹瀉病的流行情況,于2011—2015年對貴州省9個地(州、市)271例仔豬腹瀉病例進行流行病學調(diào)查,并對發(fā)病仔豬的腸道內(nèi)容物和組織樣本進行了病原核酸檢測與細菌分離鑒定。結(jié)果表明:近5年間引起貴州省仔豬腹瀉的病原多為病毒性病原和細菌性病原,病毒性病原主要包括豬流行性腹瀉病毒(31.4%)、豬瘟病毒(13.7%)和豬傳染性胃腸炎病毒(6.3%),細菌性病原主要有大腸桿菌(25.5%)、沙門氏菌(16.6%);從感染類型來看,細菌單獨感染所占的比例最高(35.8%),其次為病毒單獨感染(27.7%)和病毒與細菌混合感染(20.7%),其他類型的感染均偏低;仔豬病毒性腹瀉多發(fā)生在秋冬或冬春交替季節(jié)及夏秋季(豬瘟),細菌性腹瀉多發(fā)生在春季和夏季,且引起仔豬腹瀉的5種主要疫病的地域分布存在差異。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the prevalence of piglet diarrhea in Guizhou province, 271 cases of piglet diarrhea were investigated in 9 places (state, city) of Guizhou province from 2011 to 2015. The intestinal contents and tissue samples of piglets were detected for pathogenic nucleic acid and bacteria isolation. The results showed that viral and bacterial pathogens were the main causes of piglet diarrhea in Guizhou province in recent five years. Viral pathogens mainly include porcine epidemic diarrhea virus 31. 4, swine fever virus 13. 775) and infectious gastroenteritis virus 6. 3. Bacterial pathogens mainly include Escherichia coli 25. 5 and salmonella 16. 6. From the type of infection, The proportion of bacterial infection alone was the highest (35.8g), followed by the virus infection alone (27.77kb) and the mixed infection of virus and bacteria (20.7g), while the other types of infection were low. Viral diarrhea of piglets occurred in autumn, winter, winter and autumn, and in summer and autumn (CSFV), bacterial diarrhea mostly occurred in spring and summer, and the regional distribution of five major diseases causing diarrhea in piglets was different.
