內(nèi)蒙古部分地區(qū)致奶牛乳房炎金黃色葡萄球菌和產(chǎn)色葡萄球菌的分子流行病學(xué)及耐藥性研究

【摘要】:為調(diào)查奶牛乳房炎中金黃色葡萄球菌和產(chǎn)色葡萄球菌的流行病學(xué)和耐藥性情況,本研究對(duì)采集自內(nèi)蒙古部分地區(qū)3個(gè)規(guī);膛(chǎng)的330份奶樣進(jìn)行了葡萄球菌的分離、鑒定、耐藥表型分析及基因型的檢測(cè);采用脈沖場(chǎng)凝膠電泳(PFGE)方法對(duì)分離株進(jìn)行了親緣性分析,多位點(diǎn)序列分型(MLST)法對(duì)金黃色葡萄球菌進(jìn)行了基因分型分析。結(jié)果表明,從330份奶樣共分離到14株金黃色葡萄球菌和23株產(chǎn)色葡萄球菌,兩者的分離率分別為4.24%(14/330)和6.97%(23/330);PFGE分型共獲得8種不同譜型的金黃色葡萄球菌和16種不同譜型的產(chǎn)色葡萄球菌,表明這些分離株中存在克隆傳播現(xiàn)象;藥敏試驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,兩種病原菌對(duì)林可霉素、青霉素、苯唑西林和紅霉素耐藥率較高,分別為66.67%(16/24)、66.67%(16/24)、37.5%(9/24))和25%(6/24);介導(dǎo)青霉素耐藥的bla Z基因檢出率最高,為54.17%(13/24),其次為介導(dǎo)林可霉素和紅霉素耐藥的Inu(A)和erm(B)基因,其檢出率分別為33.33%(8/24)和20.83%(5/24)。本研究結(jié)果為控制該地區(qū)奶牛乳房炎的傳播、蔓延及臨床用藥提供了實(shí)驗(yàn)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the epidemiology and drug resistance of Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus chromogens in mastitis of dairy cows 330 milk samples from 3 large scale dairy farms in Inner Mongolia were isolated and identified. The phenotypic analysis and genotypic analysis of drug resistance were carried out, and the genotyping of Staphylococcus aureus was carried out by using pulsed field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) and multilocus sequence typing (MLST). The results showed that 14 strains of Staphylococcus aureus and 23 strains of Staphylococcus aureus were isolated from 330 milk samples. The isolation rates of the two isolates were 4.2414 / 330) and 6.97% / 330% PFGE, respectively. Eight different types of Staphylococcus aureus and 16 different spectral forms of Staphylococcus aureus were obtained, which indicated that there was clonal transmission in these isolates, and the results of drug sensitivity test showed that, The resistance rates of the two pathogens to lincomycin, penicillin, oxacillin and erythromycin were higher (66.67 / 66.67 / 66.67 / 66.67 / 66.67 / 66.67 / 66.67 / 66.67 / 66.67 / 66.67 / 66.65 / 24) and 256.624% respectively. The detection rate of bla Z gene in penicillin resistance was the highest at 54.17% 132424%, followed by the genes Inuia and Ermbib, which mediated the resistance to lincomycin and erythromycin. The detection rates were 33.33 / 24 and 20.83 / 24, respectively. The results of this study provide experimental basis for controlling the spread, spread and clinical use of mastitis in dairy cows in this area.
