發(fā)酵木薯渣替代部分玉米對(duì)湖羊生長(zhǎng)性能、血清生化指標(biāo)、屠宰性能和肉品質(zhì)的影響

【摘要】:本研究旨在探索發(fā)酵木薯渣在湖羊日糧中替代部分能量飼料(玉米)的可行性,并確定最佳替代比例。選擇48只體重為(18.35±1.39)kg的湖羊公羔,隨機(jī)分成4組,每組4個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)3只羊,分別用發(fā)酵木薯渣替代0%(對(duì)照組)、20%(A組)、40%(B組)、60%(C組)玉米的日糧進(jìn)行飼喂,試驗(yàn)期60d。在試驗(yàn)開始和結(jié)束時(shí)測(cè)定羔羊生長(zhǎng)性能,并采集血液樣品進(jìn)行分析,同時(shí)在試驗(yàn)結(jié)束時(shí)進(jìn)行屠宰試驗(yàn),測(cè)定屠宰性能以及肉品質(zhì)。研究結(jié)果表明,A組湖羊的平均采食量(ADFI)顯著高于對(duì)照組和B組(P0.05),日增重(ADG)的變化趨勢(shì)為A組B組對(duì)照組(P0.05),A組和B組的料重比(F/G)有低于對(duì)照組的趨勢(shì)(P0.05)。而C組湖羊由于腹瀉嚴(yán)重,于試驗(yàn)開始2周后將其淘汰。A組的宰前活重、胴體重、肝、瓣胃和腎的重量顯著大于對(duì)照組和B組(P0.05),而各組其他內(nèi)臟器官無顯著差異(P0.05)。各組湖羊的血液生化指標(biāo)和肉品質(zhì)均無顯著差異(P0.05)。B組的肉豆蔻酸、棕櫚酸等飽和脂肪酸的含量顯著低于A組(P0.05),而B組的十七烷酸和花生酸的含量顯著高于A組和對(duì)照組(P0.05),其他種類的脂肪酸無顯著差異(P0.05)。由此可見,利用發(fā)酵木薯渣替代20%玉米對(duì)湖羊公羔的生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育和健康無不良影響,且能降低飼料成本,育肥效果最好。因此,將發(fā)酵木薯渣作為湖羊的飼料來源是完全可行的。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to explore the feasibility of fermenting cassava dregs in Hu sheep diet to replace part of the energy feed (maize) and to determine the best substitution ratio. A total of 48 male lambs with weight of 18.35 鹵1.39)kg were randomly divided into 4 groups, 4 replicates in each group and 3 sheep in each replica. Fermenting cassava dregs were used to substitute for the corn diet of the control group (control group 20) and the control group (group A) and the control group (group B). The diet was fed for 60 days. At the beginning and end of the experiment, the growth performance of lamb was measured, and blood samples were collected for analysis. At the end of the experiment, slaughter tests were carried out to determine the slaughter performance and meat quality. The results showed that the average feed intake (ADFI) of group A was significantly higher than that of control group and group B, and the trend of ADGG was that the ratio of feed to weight of group A and group B was lower than that of control group. In group C, due to severe diarrhea, the weight of premortem, carcass, liver, valve stomach and kidney in group A was significantly higher than that in group B and control group (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference in other viscera organs in each group (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in blood biochemical indexes and meat quality among the three groups. The content of saturated fatty acids such as palmitic acid was significantly lower than that of group A, while the contents of heptadecanoic acid and arachidic acid in group B were significantly higher than those in group A and control group (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference in other fatty acids. It can be seen that using fermenting cassava residue instead of 20% corn has no adverse effect on the growth and health of the male lambs of Hu sheep and can reduce the feed cost and fattening effect is the best. Therefore, it is feasible to use fermenting cassava dregs as feed source for Hu sheep.
