【摘要】：為探討鳳頭性狀對(duì)鳳頭白鴨生產(chǎn)性能的影響,本研究比較不同鳳頭大小的鳳頭白鴨體重、體尺等生長(zhǎng)性能,以及產(chǎn)蛋數(shù)、受精率、入孵蛋孵化率、健雛率等繁殖性能,并對(duì)其后代生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育性能進(jìn)行了跟蹤。結(jié)果顯示:鳳頭大小對(duì)鳳頭白鴨體重、體尺無(wú)顯著影響(P0.05),但鳳頭大小對(duì)總產(chǎn)蛋數(shù)、受精率以及入孵蛋孵化率的影響均較大,且鳳頭越大產(chǎn)蛋數(shù)越高,但大型鳳頭組的受精率和入孵蛋孵化率均顯著低于中、小型鳳頭組(P0.05),而鳳頭大小對(duì)后代的健雛率影響不大;不同鳳頭大小的鳳頭白鴨群體的后代體重在4周齡前差異較大,三組后代的體重在2~4周齡增長(zhǎng)最快,8~10周齡最慢,但6、8、10周齡體重均差異不顯著(P0.05)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of the traits of the female head on the production performance of the white duck, the reproductive performance of the white duck with different sizes, such as body weight, body size, egg number, fertilization rate, hatching rate and brooding rate, was compared. The growth and development performance of its offspring was followed up. The results showed that the size of chicken head had no significant effect on the body weight and body size of the white duck, but the size of the head had a great effect on the total egg number, fertilization rate and hatching rate, and the larger the number of eggs was, the higher the egg number was. However, the fertilization rate and hatching rate of hatched eggs were significantly lower in the large Fengtou group than those in the middle one. The litter size of the small Fengtou group had little effect on the healthy brooding rate of the offspring, and the weight of the offspring of the white duck population with different size had a significant difference before 4 weeks of age. The body weight of the offspring of the three groups increased most slowly at the age of 2 ~ 4 weeks, but there was no significant difference in the body weight of all the three groups at the age of 8 ~ 10 weeks (P < 0.05).
