【摘要】：雞球蟲病使雞的生產(chǎn)效率降低,對家禽業(yè)特別是規(guī)�；B(yǎng)禽業(yè)危害嚴(yán)重。雞球蟲卵囊的生長和繁殖需經(jīng)過無性生殖和有性生殖兩個階段,雞球蟲病在我國普遍存在,并且給養(yǎng)雞業(yè)帶來較大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。有養(yǎng)雞的地方都是雞球蟲病的流行區(qū)。岳陽地區(qū)白羽肉雞和蛋雞的養(yǎng)殖量逐年增加,雞球蟲病給白羽雞的養(yǎng)殖造成了一定的損失,筆者在岳陽地區(qū)選擇了岳陽縣、岳陽樓區(qū)、淚羅市、平江縣4個調(diào)查點,采用臨床檢查、病理解剖、糞便檢查等方式調(diào)查岳陽地區(qū)白羽雞球蟲病的流行情況。結(jié)果顯示：白羽肉雞岳陽縣、汨羅市、平江縣三個調(diào)查點雞球蟲病的感染率為2.87%、2.88%、2.79%,蛋雞岳陽樓區(qū)、淚羅市兩個調(diào)查點雞球蟲病的感染率為12.0%、12.24%。白羽肉雞15-42日齡、蛋雞60-80日齡發(fā)病率較高,每年的第1季度和第4季度為本病的高發(fā)期。根據(jù)調(diào)查山字球蟲粉、百球清、新球特、球新四種抗球蟲藥的治愈率分別為90%、90%、60%和60%,通過試驗,經(jīng)疫苗免疫后使用抗球蟲藥物治療的治愈率為95%,未經(jīng)疫苗免疫直接使用抗球蟲藥物治療的治愈率為85%。筆者總結(jié)分析了,自2009年至今岳陽地區(qū)白羽雞防控雞球蟲病的經(jīng)歷的無需防控、藥物治療和疫苗免疫結(jié)合藥物治療的三個階段的防治效果,提出加強(qiáng)飼養(yǎng)管理、保證足夠長的空欄期、加強(qiáng)季節(jié)性管理等綜合防治雞球蟲病的基本思路。
[Abstract]:Coccidiosis reduces the efficiency of chicken production and harms the poultry industry, especially the scale poultry industry. The growth and reproduction of chicken coccidiosis oocysts need to go through two stages of asexual reproduction and sexual reproduction. Coccidiosis is prevalent in China and brings great economic losses to the chicken industry. Where chickens are raised, they are endemic areas for chicken coccidiosis. The breeding quantity of white feather broiler and laying hens in Yueyang area increased year by year, and coccidiosis caused certain losses to the breeding of white feather chickens. The author chose four investigation points in Yueyang County, Yueyang Lou District, Yiluo City, Pingjiang County. Clinical examination, pathological anatomy and fecal examination were used to investigate the prevalence of coccidiosis in Yueyang area. The results showed that the infection rate of coccidiosis was 2.87 and 2.88 in Yueyang County, Miluo City and Pingjiang County. The infection rate of coccidiosis was 12.0% and 12.24% in Yueyang Lou District and Yililuo City. The incidence rate of white broiler was 15-42 days old and that of laying hens 60-80 days was higher. The first and fourth quarter of each year was the high incidence period of the disease. According to the investigation, the cure rates of the four kinds of anticoccidists, such as the powder of coccidiosis, Baizhuqing, Xinzhoute and Buxingxin, were 90% and 60%, respectively, and passed the experiment. The cure rate of anticoccidial drug was 95% after vaccination, and 85% by direct anticoccidial drug therapy without vaccine immunization. The authors summarized and analyzed the effects of three stages of prevention and control of coccidiosis of white feather chickens in Yueyang area from 2009 to now, which included no prevention and control, drug therapy and vaccine immunotherapy combined with drug therapy, and proposed to strengthen the management of feeding. To ensure long enough empty period, strengthen seasonal management and other integrated control of chicken coccidiosis basic ideas.
