【摘要】：卵胞漿內(nèi)單精子顯微注射(intracytoplasmic sperm injection,ICSI)技術是一種輔助生殖技術,它通過顯微操作技術將精子直接注入卵母細胞的胞質(zhì)以實現(xiàn)受精。轉(zhuǎn)基因動物及胚胎技術在不斷的發(fā)展,ICSI用于豬的研究也愈發(fā)得到重視,然而,目前研究現(xiàn)狀表明,豬的ICSI胚胎生產(chǎn)效率依然不高。造成這種結(jié)果可能的影響因素包括卵母細胞、精子、受精激活障礙以及顯微操作等。本綜述將就豬ICSI胚胎生產(chǎn)效率低下的原因展開介紹,以期為進一步改進培養(yǎng)方案提供參考。
[Abstract]:Intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) is a kind of assisted reproduction technique, which directly injects sperm into the cytoplasm of oocytes by micromanipulation to realize fertilization. The development of transgenic animals and embryo technology has attracted more and more attention. However, the current research situation shows that the efficiency of ICSI embryos production is still low. Possible factors contributing to this result include oocytes, spermatozoa, impaired fertilization activation, and micromanipulation. This review will introduce the causes of low productivity of porcine ICSI embryos in order to provide reference for further improvement of culture program.
