【摘要】：豬δ冠狀病毒(porcine deltacoronavirus,PDCo V)是近年來新發(fā)現(xiàn)的可引起豬只嚴重腹瀉、嘔吐、脫水和新生仔豬死亡的一種豬腸道疾病病原體。PDCo V于2012年首次在香港的豬群中發(fā)現(xiàn),2014年在美國報道,隨后陸續(xù)在加拿大、韓國、中國大陸和泰國檢出。鑒于PDCo V是一種新的疫病,建立快速有效的檢測方法是十分必要的,是對該病準確診斷和防控的關(guān)鍵。本文對PDCo V病原學和血清學檢測方法的研究進展進行了綜述。
[Abstract]:Porcine deltacoronavirus (PDCo V), a recently discovered pathogen of swine intestinal disease that causes severe diarrhea, vomiting, dehydration and death in newborn piglets, was first found in Hong Kong in 2012 and reported in the United States in 2014. They were subsequently detected in Canada, South Korea, mainland China and Thailand. In view of the fact that PDCo V is a new epidemic disease, it is necessary to establish a rapid and effective detection method, which is the key to accurate diagnosis, prevention and control of the disease. In this paper, the research progress of PDCo V etiology and serological detection methods was reviewed.
