美洲大蠊提取物對大鼠卵巢卵泡發(fā)育的影響

【摘要】:實驗旨在研究美洲大蠊提取物是否對大鼠卵巢卵泡發(fā)育產(chǎn)生影響。將成年SD大鼠隨機分為3組,對照組(9 m L/kg,生理鹽水)5只,低劑量組(9 m L/kg,0.03 g/m L美洲大蠊提取物)6只、高劑量組(9 m L/kg,0.09 g/m L美洲大蠊提取物)6只。每隔1 d灌胃一次,30 d后采集卵巢。結(jié)果表明:與對照組相比,低劑量組大鼠的卵巢重和卵巢體重比以及高劑量組大鼠的體重和卵巢重均顯著增加(P0.05);高、低劑量組大鼠卵巢原始卵泡的數(shù)目均顯著減少(P0.05),成熟卵泡顯著增多(P0.05);生長發(fā)育相關(guān)基因BMP4、GDF9的表達顯著上調(diào)(P0.05);低劑量組IGF-Ⅰ基因的表達有升高的趨勢(P=0.058),但高劑量組則顯著上調(diào)(P0.05);3個組間凋亡相關(guān)基因Bcl-2、BAX、Fas、Fas L和Caspase-3的表達均無顯著性差異;但高劑量組使增殖相關(guān)基因的表達有升高的趨勢(P=0.06),使Ki67基因的表達顯著升高PCNA(P0.05)。本實驗條件下,美洲大蠊提取物能夠加快大鼠卵泡的發(fā)育,促進卵巢卵泡的成熟。
[Abstract]:The aim of this study was to investigate whether the extract of Blattella Americana had an effect on ovarian follicle development in rats. Adult Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups: control group (9 mL / kg), normal saline (n = 5), low dose group (n = 6) with 9 mL / kg ~ (- 0.03) g / mL Blattella Americana extract (n = 6) and high dose group (n = 9) with 9 mL / kg ~ (0.09 g / mL) Blattella Americana extract (n = 6). Ovaries were collected after 30 days of gastric perfusion every 1 day.
