一株青貯用高性能乳酸菌的篩選

【摘要】:為篩選優(yōu)良青貯飼料添加劑,從德國南部山區(qū)苜蓿制備菌粉中分離得到5株乳酸菌。通過對菌株形態(tài)學、生理生化和16S r RNA相結(jié)合方法進行鑒定,對5株外源乳酸菌和常規(guī)優(yōu)勢菌株7的生長曲線測定和產(chǎn)酸性試驗,得到3株高性能乳酸菌,并對這3株乳酸菌的生物學特性進一步研究。結(jié)果顯示,R1、R5為植物乳桿菌,R2、R3和R4為屎腸球菌;菌株R 1、7和R 5生長迅速、產(chǎn)酸能力較好;T50℃時,菌株R1比R5、7耐溫能力強,pH2.5時,菌株R1的適應(yīng)能力比菌株7、R5強,菌株R1比菌株R5、7抑菌能力強,外源品種R1可作為制備乳酸菌青貯飼料添加劑新的優(yōu)良菌株。
[Abstract]:In order to screen fine silage additives, 5 strains of lactic acid bacteria were isolated from alfalfa powder in southern Germany. By the combination of morphology, physiology and biochemistry and 16s r RNA, the growth curve and acid production of 5 exogenous lactic acid bacteria and routine dominant strain 7 were determined, and 3 high performance lactic acid bacteria were obtained. The biological characteristics of these three strains of lactic acid bacteria were further studied. The results showed that R1 and R5 were Lactobacillus plantarum, R2, R3 and R4 as Enterococcus faecium, and strains R1 and R5 grew rapidly and had better acid production at T50 鈩,
