【摘要】:在家禽的養(yǎng)殖過程中,養(yǎng)殖環(huán)境對家禽的健康生長有著重要影響。養(yǎng)殖者需要隨時(shí)了解養(yǎng)殖環(huán)境的數(shù)據(jù)信息,為家禽的健康生長創(chuàng)造出適宜的生長環(huán)境,配合科學(xué)的管理,獲取更高的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。傳統(tǒng)的測量方法是依靠人工采樣,并反復(fù)測量,這種方式只能測量養(yǎng)殖環(huán)境的一些間斷的數(shù)據(jù),也需要頻繁的移動(dòng)測量工具,測量的時(shí)候還會(huì)影響家禽的正常作息。有些養(yǎng)殖戶通過有線網(wǎng)絡(luò)將數(shù)據(jù)傳輸出來,但這種方式布線繁瑣、成本較高,也不利于更改測量點(diǎn)。而很多國內(nèi)外的養(yǎng)殖環(huán)境監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)全自動(dòng)化控制、成本較高、價(jià)格昂貴,對于我國大多數(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)薄弱的養(yǎng)殖戶來說并不是適用。針對我國家禽養(yǎng)殖環(huán)境監(jiān)控的現(xiàn)狀,本文提出了一種家禽養(yǎng)殖環(huán)境監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方案。系統(tǒng)采用無線傳輸方式將環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)傳輸出來,養(yǎng)殖人員通過遠(yuǎn)程登陸網(wǎng)頁就能查看養(yǎng)殖環(huán)境的數(shù)據(jù)信息,瀏覽家禽的視頻畫面,控制相關(guān)的外圍設(shè)備,并進(jìn)行簡單的異常處理。本系統(tǒng)分為數(shù)據(jù)采集終端、數(shù)據(jù)處理中心、數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)單元、遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控終端四個(gè)模塊。數(shù)據(jù)采集終端采用LPC11C14芯片作為主控芯片,采集養(yǎng)殖環(huán)境的溫濕度、光照強(qiáng)度、工作人員出入信息,并將環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)通過Zigbee傳輸?shù)綌?shù)據(jù)處理中心。數(shù)據(jù)處理中心采用S5PC100芯片作為主控芯片,對數(shù)據(jù)信息進(jìn)行分析和處理,通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)將數(shù)據(jù)信息傳輸?shù)奖O(jiān)控終端,當(dāng)檢測到異常時(shí),將危險(xiǎn)數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)到數(shù)據(jù)庫中,GPRS模塊也會(huì)將危險(xiǎn)信息通知用戶,蜂鳴器會(huì)本地報(bào)警。數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)單元主要負(fù)責(zé)存儲(chǔ)用戶的注冊信息、危險(xiǎn)數(shù)據(jù)信息、工作人員出入信息;遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控終端是用戶通過登陸網(wǎng)頁進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控。本文主要介紹了系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計(jì),兩個(gè)核心模塊的硬件設(shè)計(jì),軟件設(shè)計(jì),以及對系統(tǒng)的測試和分析。通過教室環(huán)境測試和模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)分別對本系統(tǒng)的功能進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。測試結(jié)果表明:環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)能夠快速、準(zhǔn)確地上傳到上位機(jī)網(wǎng)頁,視頻畫面清晰流暢、畫面延遲小,用戶也能控制相應(yīng)的設(shè)備,系統(tǒng)功耗低、監(jiān)控界面友好、擴(kuò)展性好,達(dá)到了預(yù)期的設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:In the process of poultry breeding, the environment has an important impact on the healthy growth of poultry. The breeders need to know the data information of the breeding environment at any time, to create a suitable growth environment for the healthy growth of poultry, to cooperate with scientific management, and to obtain higher economic benefits. The traditional measurement method is based on manual sampling and repeated measurement. This method can only measure some intermittent data of the breeding environment and need frequent moving measuring tools. The measurement will also affect the normal work and rest of poultry. Some farmers transmit data through wired network, but this way of wiring is cumbersome, high cost, and is not conducive to change the measuring points. And many domestic and foreign aquaculture environment monitoring system full automation control, the cost is high, the price is expensive, is not suitable for our country most economic foundation weak farmer. In view of the present situation of domestic poultry environment monitoring, this paper puts forward a design scheme of poultry breeding environment monitoring system. The system uses wireless transmission mode to transmit the environmental data, and the farmers can view the data information of the breeding environment, browse the video picture of poultry, control the related peripheral equipment, and carry on the simple exception handling through the remote landing web page. The system is divided into four modules: data acquisition terminal, data processing center, data storage unit and remote monitoring terminal. The data acquisition terminal uses LPC11C14 chip as the main control chip to collect the information of temperature and humidity, light intensity, staff entry and exit of the culture environment, and transmit the environmental data to the data processing center through Zigbee. The data processing center uses the S5PC100 chip as the main control chip to analyze and process the data information. The data information is transmitted to the monitoring terminal through the network. When the abnormal is detected, the data processing center uses the S5PC100 chip as the main control chip to analyze and process the data information. The GPRS module will also notify the user of the danger information and the buzzer will alert the user locally. The data storage unit is mainly responsible for storing user registration information, dangerous data information, staff access information; remote monitoring terminal is the user to log in to the web page for remote monitoring. This paper mainly introduces the overall design of the system, the hardware design of two core modules, the software design, and the test and analysis of the system. The function of the system is verified by classroom environment test and simulation experiment. The test results show that the environment data can be transmitted to the host computer web page quickly and accurately, the video picture is clear and smooth, the picture delay is small, the user can control the corresponding equipment, the system power consumption is low, the monitoring interface is friendly, the expansibility is good. The expected design goal has been achieved.
