【摘要】：傳染性支氣管炎(IB)是由傳染性支氣管炎病毒(IBV)引起的以呼吸器官和泌尿生殖器官損傷為特征的一種傳染病,嚴(yán)重危害養(yǎng)禽業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。因傳染性支氣管炎病毒易變異且血清型眾多,且臨床病型表現(xiàn)復(fù)雜并常常有混合感染和繼發(fā)感染的發(fā)生,使該病的確切診斷和綜合防治難以能夠讓人完全滿意。文章從病原分離和鑒定、血清學(xué)、免疫組織化學(xué)及分子生物學(xué)幾個(gè)方面對(duì)該病實(shí)驗(yàn)室診斷方法的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行了綜述,并對(duì)各種診斷方法的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析和評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:Infectious bronchitis (IBV) is an infectious disease caused by infectious bronchitis virus (IBV), which is characterized by injury of respiratory and urogenital organs, which seriously harms the healthy development of poultry industry. Because the infectious bronchitis virus is prone to variation and many serotypes, and the clinical manifestations are complex and often have mixed infection and secondary infection, it is difficult to make the accurate diagnosis and comprehensive prevention and treatment of the disease completely satisfactory. In this paper, the advances in laboratory diagnosis of the disease were reviewed from the aspects of pathogen isolation and identification, serology, immunohistochemistry and molecular biology, and the advantages and disadvantages of various diagnostic methods were analyzed and evaluated.
