【摘要】：試驗旨在研究日糧中添加不同有機(jī)鋅源(乳酸鋅、蛋氨酸鋅或甘氨酸鋅)對四川農(nóng)鳳雞肉中氨基酸與脂肪酸含量的影響。選用160只健康、體重接近的57周齡四川農(nóng)鳳雞,采用單因素試驗設(shè)計,隨機(jī)分4個處理,每個處理5個重復(fù),每個重復(fù)8只雞。各處理組在基礎(chǔ)日糧中分別添加60 mg/kg硫酸鋅、60 mg/kg乳酸鋅、60 mg/kg蛋氨酸鋅和60 mg/kg甘氨酸鋅(均以鋅計)。預(yù)試期7 d,正試期63 d。結(jié)果表明:與硫酸鋅組相比,添加乳酸鋅顯著提高四川農(nóng)鳳雞肉中蘇氨酸4.85%、蛋氨酸6.45%、賴氨酸5.70%、脯氨酸15.49%、絲氨酸5.62%、酪氨酸71.05%、天冬氨酸5.19%和丙氨酸4.62%(P0.05),但對脂肪酸含量無顯著影響(P0.05);與蛋氨酸鋅和甘氨酸鋅組相比,乳酸鋅組四川農(nóng)鳳雞肉中賴氨酸、脯氨酸和酪氨酸含量顯著提高(P0.05);蛋氨酸鋅組四川農(nóng)鳳雞肉中氨基酸和脂肪酸含量與甘氨酸鋅組無顯著差異(P0.05)。結(jié)果提示,在日糧中添加60 mg/kg乳酸鋅可以提高四川農(nóng)鳳雞肉中氨基酸含量,有利于改善雞肉品質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:The effects of different organic zinc sources (zinc lactate, zinc methionine or zinc glycine) on the contents of amino acids and fatty acids in Sichuan Nongfeng chicken were studied. 160 Sichuan Nongfeng chickens of the age of 57 weeks were selected and randomly divided into 4 treatments, 5 replicates per treatment and 8 chickens per replica. Each treatment group was fed with 60 mg/kg zinc sulfate and 60 mg/kg zinc lactate 60 mg/kg methionine zinc and 60 mg/kg glycine zinc respectively. The pretest period was 7 days and the current test period was 63 days. The results showed that: compared with zinc sulfate group, Addition of zinc lactate significantly increased threonine 4.85, methionine 6.45, lysine 5.70, proline 15.49, serine 5.62, tyrosine 71.05%, aspartic acid 5.19% and alanine 4.62% P0.05 in Sichuan Nongfeng chicken, but had no significant effect on fatty acid content, compared with zinc methionine and zinc glycine. The contents of lysine, proline and tyrosine in Sichuan Nongfeng chicken were significantly increased in zinc lactate group, but there was no significant difference in amino acid and fatty acid content between zinc methionine group and zinc glycine group. The results suggested that adding 60 mg/kg zinc lactate to the diet could increase the content of amino acids in Sichuan Nongfeng chicken and improve the quality of chicken.
