麻瘋樹籽提油工藝優(yōu)化及籽粕中粗蛋白質(zhì)含量分析

【摘要】:試驗旨在優(yōu)化麻瘋樹籽提油工藝并分析其籽粕中粗蛋白質(zhì)含量,以提油率、提油后籽粕中粗蛋白質(zhì)含量為優(yōu)化指標(biāo),探討料液比、溫度、時間3個因素對麻瘋樹籽提油率及籽粕中粗蛋白質(zhì)含量的影響,并結(jié)合正交試驗獲得麻瘋樹籽提油的最佳工藝參數(shù)。單因素試驗結(jié)果表明,料液比為1∶18、溫度為40℃、提取時間30 min時,提油率達(dá)到最高,分別為38.22%、32.21%及34.13%。方差分析結(jié)果表明,各因素影響提油率的主次順序為溫度料液比提取時間,其中溫度和料液比對提油率的影響極顯著(P0.01),提取時間對提油率無顯著影響(P0.05);影響籽粕粗蛋白質(zhì)的主次順序為溫度提取時間料液比,其中溫度對籽粕粗蛋白質(zhì)含量的影響極顯著(P0.01),提取時間對籽粕粗蛋白質(zhì)含量的影響顯著(P0.05)。正交試驗結(jié)果表明,麻瘋樹籽最佳提油工藝組合為A3B3C3,即在料液比為1∶22、溫度為50℃、時間為50 min的最佳工藝條件下,提油率為39.41%,籽粕粗蛋白質(zhì)為24.13%。本研究為麻瘋樹籽提油及提油后籽粕的開發(fā)應(yīng)用提供了理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The purpose of the experiment was to optimize the oil extraction technology of Jatropha curcas seed and analyze the crude protein content in its seed meal. The crude protein content in the oil extraction rate and the crude protein content in the seed meal after oil extraction were taken as the optimization index, and the ratio of material to liquid and the temperature were discussed. The effects of three factors on the oil extraction rate and crude protein content in seed meal of Jatropha curcas were studied. The optimum technological parameters of extracting oil from Jatropha curcas seed were obtained by orthogonal test.
