德氏乳桿菌對(duì)育肥豬血脂指標(biāo)、膽固醇代謝和脂肪沉積相關(guān)酶活性及基因mRNA表達(dá)的影響

【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)旨在研究飼糧中添加德氏乳桿菌制劑對(duì)育肥豬血脂指標(biāo)、肝臟膽固醇代謝和脂肪沉積相關(guān)酶活性、組織膽固醇代謝和脂肪沉積相關(guān)基因mRNA表達(dá)和皮下脂肪組織形態(tài)的影響。試驗(yàn)選用120頭平均體重為(65.34±3.64)kg的健康"杜×(長(zhǎng)×大)"育肥豬,隨機(jī)分為2組,每組6個(gè)重復(fù)(欄),每個(gè)重復(fù)10頭(公母各占1/2)。對(duì)照組飼喂基礎(chǔ)飼糧,試驗(yàn)組飼喂在基礎(chǔ)飼糧中添加0.10%德氏乳桿菌制劑的飼糧,預(yù)試期7d,試驗(yàn)期42d。結(jié)果顯示:1)與對(duì)照組相比,試驗(yàn)組育肥豬的血清甘油三酯(TG)(P=0.08)和總膽固醇(TC)(P=0.06)含量均有降低趨勢(shì),血清總膽汁酸(TBA)含量顯著降低(P0.05)。2)與對(duì)照組相比,試驗(yàn)組育肥豬的肝臟羥甲基戊二酰輔酶A還原酶(HMGR)活性有降低趨勢(shì)(P=0.07),膽固醇7α-羥化酶活性(CYP7A1)顯著增加(P0.05),脂肪甘油三酯脂酶(ATGL)活性極顯著降低(P0.01)。3)與對(duì)照組相比,試驗(yàn)組育肥豬的回腸膽汁酸結(jié)合蛋白(IBABP)的mRNA相對(duì)表達(dá)量有降低趨勢(shì)(P=0.07),皮下脂肪過(guò)氧化物酶體增殖物激活受體γ(PPARγ)的mRNA相對(duì)表達(dá)量顯著增加(P0.05);皮下脂肪細(xì)胞直徑有降低趨勢(shì)(P=0.09)。結(jié)果提示,德氏乳桿菌可通過(guò)干擾育肥豬回腸對(duì)膽汁酸的吸收來(lái)調(diào)控肝臟膽固醇和脂肪代謝。
[Abstract]:The aim of this study was to study the effects of Lactobacillus de on lipid index, liver cholesterol metabolism and lipid-deposition related enzyme activity in fattening pigs. Effects of tissue cholesterol metabolism and adipose deposition related gene mRNA expression and subcutaneous adipose tissue morphology. One hundred and twenty healthy pigs with an average body weight of 65.34 鹵3.64)kg were divided into 2 groups randomly. They were divided into 2 groups, 6 replicates in each group (10 in each group) (male and female accounted for 1 / 2). The control group was fed with basic diet and the experimental group was fed with 0.10% Lactobacillus dermannii preparation in the basal diet for 7 days and 42 days respectively. The results showed that compared with the control group, the serum levels of TGG (0.08) and TC (0.06) in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the serum total bile acid (TBAA) content was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05N. 2). Compared with the control group, the liver HMGRs of the fattening pigs in the test group showed a tendency to decrease, while the activity of cholesterol 7 偽 -hydroxylase (CYP7A1) increased significantly, and the activity of fatty triglyceridase (ATGL1) decreased significantly compared with the control group. The relative expression of mRNA in ileal bile acid-binding protein (IBABP) of fattened pigs in the experimental group showed a decreasing trend, while the relative expression of mRNA in the subcutaneous adipoperoxidase proliferator activated receptor (緯 PPAR- 緯) increased significantly, and the diameter of subcutaneous adipocytes decreased. The results suggested that Lactobacillus de could regulate liver cholesterol and fat metabolism by interfering with the absorption of bile acids in the ileum of fattening pigs.
