利用CNCPS預測安格斯生長牛干物質采食量和平均日增重的效果評價

【摘要】:為了比較康奈爾凈碳水化合物和蛋白系統(tǒng)(CNCPS)模型預測的安格斯生長牛干物質采食量和平均日增重與實測值的相近程度,試驗采用隨機分組(1組為對照組,2組為添加蛋氨酸組)的方法,測定了安格斯生長牛的實際采食量和平均日增重。結果表明:1)兩組牛的干物質采食量分別有86.7%和86.7%的點落在95%的置信區(qū)間內;兩組牛的平均日增重分別有80.0%和73.3%的點落在95%的置信區(qū)間內;兩組牛干物質采食量和平均日增重的預測值與實測值均差異不顯著(P0.05)。2)經(jīng)線性回歸分析,兩組牛的干物質采食量實測值和預測值有較高的相關系數(shù)(0.892 9和0.812 1),兩組牛的平均日增重實測值和預測值有較高的相關系數(shù)(0.862 2和0.765 0),均具有較高的相似度。說明CNCPS模型對安格斯生長牛干物質采食量和平均日增重具有較好的預測能力。
[Abstract]:To compare the predicted dry matter intake and average daily gain (ADG) of Angus growth cattle with the CNCPS model of Cornell net carbohydrate and protein system, The actual feed intake and average daily gain (ADG) of Angus growing cattle were measured by using the method of random grouping 1 group as control group and adding methionine group 2 as control group. The results showed that the dry matter intake of the two groups was 86.7% and 86.7%, respectively, and the average daily gain of the two groups was 80.0% and 73.3%, respectively, and the average daily gain of the two groups fell within the 95% confidence interval. The predicted values of dry matter intake and average daily gain of the two groups were not significantly different from the measured values by linear regression analysis. The measured and predicted dry matter intake values of the two groups had high correlation coefficients of 0.892 9 and 0.812 1g, and the average daily gain measured values and predicted values of the two groups had higher correlation coefficients (0.862 2 and 0.765 0), both of which had high similarity. CNCPS model can predict dry matter intake and average daily gain of Angus growth cattle.
