【摘要】：試驗(yàn)旨在研究腹腔注射葡萄糖對(duì)肉雞食欲的影響。選取16只相同生長(zhǎng)環(huán)境下生長(zhǎng)狀況相近的28日齡AA肉雞,隨機(jī)分為2個(gè)處理,每個(gè)處理4個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)2只雞,試驗(yàn)組注射1.1 g/mL的葡萄糖(500 mg/kg),對(duì)照組注射等體積生理鹽水,試驗(yàn)共進(jìn)行三次注射,每次間隔12 h,前兩次注射前禁飼1 h,最后一次注射后采血并屠宰取肝臟樣品,統(tǒng)計(jì)其24 h內(nèi)采食量并測(cè)定其血液中營(yíng)養(yǎng)代謝物的變化及肝臟中脂肪酸合成酶(FAS)表達(dá)量的變化。結(jié)果顯示:腹腔注射葡萄糖可在1~2 h內(nèi)影響肉雞的食欲,使肉雞采食量降低;試驗(yàn)組肉雞血液中的葡萄糖和甘油三酯水平顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05),尿素和總膽固醇水平與對(duì)照組相比顯著降低(P0.05);試驗(yàn)組肝臟中FAS基因的表達(dá)量顯著升高(P0.05)。研究表明腹腔注射葡萄糖會(huì)在短期內(nèi)降低肉雞的食欲,并對(duì)血液中營(yíng)養(yǎng)代謝物及肝臟中脂肪代謝有一定影響。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to study the effect of intraperitoneal glucose injection on appetite in broilers. Sixteen 28-day-old AA broilers with similar growth status in the same growing environment were randomly divided into 2 treatments, each treatment with 4 replicates, each with 2 chickens. The experimental group was injected with 1. 1 g/mL glucose at 500 mg / kg, and the control group was injected with the same volume of normal saline. A total of three injections were performed at intervals of 12 hours, 1 hour before the first two injections, and blood samples were collected and slaughtered for liver samples after the last injection. The changes of nutrient metabolites in the blood and the expression of fatty acid synthase (FAS) in the liver were measured. The results showed that intraperitoneal injection of glucose could affect the appetite of broilers and decrease the intake of broilers within 2 hours. The levels of blood glucose and triglyceride in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 0.05), the levels of urea and total cholesterol were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the expression of FAS gene in the liver of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 0.05). The results showed that intraperitoneal injection of glucose could decrease the appetite of broilers in a short period of time and affect the metabolism of nutrients in blood and fat in liver.
