泌乳初期奶牛乳成分與血液生化指標相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】:通過分析泌乳初期健康、酮病和低鈣血癥奶牛血液生化指標及乳成分,明確相關(guān)疾病的乳成分特征,同時對泌乳初期奶牛血液生化指標與乳成分相關(guān)性進行分析,以期為牛群健康評價提供方法支持。根據(jù)血液指標選取產(chǎn)后7~21d荷斯坦奶牛72頭,分為亞臨床低鈣血癥試驗組、酮病試驗組和健康對照組,每組各24頭。采集試驗?zāi)膛5难汉腿橹糜谘荷笜伺c乳成分相關(guān)性分析。結(jié)果顯示,酮病和低鈣血癥引起乳蛋白和非脂乳固體水平降低,而乳中檸檬酸的含量增加。奶牛乳中檸檬酸與血清NEFA、BHBA和GLU相關(guān)性方程分別為:y=3.192x-0.802,R~2=0.363;y=4.594x-0.793,R~2=0.320;y=1.228x+0.775,R~2=0.261;其中方程中x為乳中檸檬酸的含量。結(jié)果表明,乳中檸檬酸的含量與血液NEFA呈顯著正相關(guān),可用于能量負平衡的早期診斷標示物。血中BUN及ALB的水平可用于評價乳蛋白和尿素的水平。
[Abstract]:By analyzing the blood biochemical indexes and milk components of dairy cows in the early stage of lactation, the characteristics of the milk components of the related diseases were determined, and the correlation between the blood biochemical indexes and the milk components in the early lactation cows was analyzed. In order to provide method support for cattle health evaluation. According to blood indexes 72 Holstein cows were divided into subclinical hypocalcemia test group ketosis test group and healthy control group with 24 cows in each group. The blood and milk were collected to analyze the correlation between blood biochemical indexes and milk composition. The results showed that ketosis and hypocalcemia decreased the solid level of milk protein and non-fat milk, but increased the content of citric acid in milk. The correlation equations between citric acid and serum NEFA-BHBA and GLU in milk of dairy cow were respectively: 1: y 3.192x-0.802ru (0.363C) 4.594x-0.793C (0.3204x-0.793C), 1.228x 0.775ru 0.261, in which x is the content of citric acid in milk. The results showed that the content of citric acid in milk was positively correlated with blood NEFA and could be used as an early diagnostic marker for negative energy balance. The levels of BUN and ALB in blood can be used to evaluate the levels of milk protein and urea.
