【摘要】：研究以烏梅為主的復(fù)方中草藥對(duì)羅斯肉仔雞生長性能、肌肉品質(zhì)、免疫功能和腸道菌群的影響。將300只肉仔雞隨機(jī)分為5組,分別為空白對(duì)照組、金霉素對(duì)照組(50 mg/kg)、復(fù)方中草藥低劑量組(5 m L/L)、復(fù)方中草藥中劑量組(10 m L/L)、復(fù)方中草藥高劑量組(20 m L/L),摻入飲水喂飼42 d。結(jié)果表明,與空白對(duì)照組相比,復(fù)方中草藥各劑量組顯著提高肉雞全期日增重(p0.05),高劑量效果最明顯;中、高劑量組的胸肉彈性顯著提高(p0.05),高劑量組的胸肉咀嚼性和亮度顯著提高(p0.05);高劑量組的胸腺指數(shù)顯著提高(p0.05),中、高劑量組的法氏囊指數(shù)顯著升高(p0.05);高劑量組的腸道內(nèi)乳酸菌菌落數(shù)顯著提高(p0.05)。結(jié)果表明,本研究設(shè)置的復(fù)方中草藥劑量(5、10、20 m L/L)范圍能不同程度改善肉仔雞生長過程,其中以20 m L/L添加量促進(jìn)效果最顯著。
[Abstract]:The effects of compound Chinese herbal medicine mainly on the growth performance, muscle quality, immune function and intestinal flora of Roth broilers were studied. 300 broilers were randomly divided into 5 groups: blank control group, chlortetracycline control group (50 mg 路kg ~ (-1), low dose Chinese herbal medicine group (5 mL / L), compound Chinese herbal medicine medium dose group (10 mL / L), compound Chinese herbal medicine high dose group (20 mL L / L) and drinking water fed for 42 days. The results showed that, compared with the blank control group, each dose group of compound Chinese herbal medicine significantly increased the daily gain of broilers during the whole period, and the effect of high dose was the most obvious. The elasticity of breast meat in the high dose group was significantly increased, the mastication and brightness of the breast meat in the high dose group were significantly increased, and the thymus index in the high dose group was significantly higher than that in the high dose group, and the thymus index in the high dose group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The bursa index in the high dose group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05), and the number of lactic acid bacteria in the intestinal tract in the high dose group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). The results showed that the range of compound Chinese herbal medicine in this study could improve the growth process of broilers in varying degrees, and the dosage of 20 mL / L was the most effective.
